An experiment was comducted to investigate the effect of manganese (Mn) level on tissue mineral concentrations and growth of ducklings by using conventional diet. There were no differences (P > 0.05) in weight gain and feed conversion for dietary Mn deficiency (containing Mn 19 ppm), but significant (P<0.01) while supplying excess Mn (containing 3519 ppm) for ducklings. The Mn concentrations in tibia, liver, kidney, pancreas and heart were changed due to dietary Mn deficiency or excess (P<0.05 or P<0.01) . There were decrease concentrations of Ca, Mg, Fe in tibia and Fe in liver and kidney (P<0.01), and increase concentrations of Cu and Zn in liver, Ca in kidney, Ca and Fe in pancreas and Mg in heart with dietary Mn excess (P<0.05 or P<0.01) . Concentrations of some minerals in tissues determined were changed due to dietary Mn excess. The results gave the biological bases of Mn nutrition to be studied for ducklings.

采用实用饲粮,选用1日龄北京雏鸭120只,随机分为4组,每组30只,锰添加水平依次为0,110,1000,3500ppm(试剂级MnSO_4·H_2O),试验3周,研究饲粮锰水平对雏鸭生长及其组织矿物元素代谢的影响.结果为,饲粮锰缺乏(含Mn 19ppm)不影响雏鸭体重和饲料转化率(P>0.05).锰过量(含Mn3519ppm)则影响雏鸭体重和饲料转化率(P<0.01).饲粮锰缺乏或过量均导致胫骨、肝、肾、胰和心肌组织锰含量改变(P<0.05或P<0.01),饲粮锰过量(3519ppm)降低骨Ca,Mg,Fe和肝与肾Fe(P<0.01),并提高肝Cu和Zn,肾Ca,胰Ca和Fe与心Mg含量(P<0.05或P<0.01),为进一步研究雏鸭锰营养作用提供了生物学试验依据.
