The result shows that the model is practical in analyzing and calculating the flood risk for the clustering flood stochastic point process.

本文以随机点过程理论为依据,对洪水风险率分析的CSPPC模型进行了研究,并导出了两种具体的风险率模型——GPP模型与GPB模型。然后结合长江宜昌站二十余年的实测洪峰计数过程,对CSPPC模型(即GPP模型与GPB模型)的适用性进行了分析和讨论,实例计算的结果表明,这类模型对于具有成丛特征的洪水计数过程,计算其相应风险率是切实可用的。

Based on the flood exceeded series, a kind of flood frequency model-HSPPC model is developed by using the compound stochastic point process theory to-be aimed at the shortcomings of flood risk HSPPB model. 以复合随机点过程为依据,针对洪水风险率HSPPB模型之不足,结合洪水的超定量多次选样序列,探讨了一类新的洪水频率分析模型——HSPPC模型。结合长江中上游百余年的实测洪水和近千年的调查历史洪水资料,用HSPPC模型对某水利枢纽工程的洪水频率进行了计算分析.结果表明,HSPPC模型是一种切实可行的洪水频率分析模型,与传统的模型相比,在应用上具有更大的灵活性和适用性.

This paper analyses the insurance claim by use of the probabilistic methods. On the basis of this, a computing method is offered to individual risk model for a short term by the application of the normal approximation. To illustrate this, the paper give realistic examples for insurance pricing decision.
