本研究观察了 5 32 .0 nm、6 32 .8nm、6 5 0 .0 nm 3种波长低强度激光血管内照射 (IL L L I)对脑梗塞患者血浆血小板颗粒膜蛋白 - 140 (GMP- 140 )、血清铜 -锌超氧化物歧化酶 (Cu- Zn SOD)、血浆内皮素(ET1 )的影响。结果表明 :每天照射 1h,强度为 1.72× 10 4J/ cm2 ,3种波长 IL L L I对抑制血小板活化无明显作用 ;但均可明显升高血清 Cu- Zn SOD含量 ,其中 5 32 .0 nm效果更为显著 ;均可显著降低血浆 ET1 含量 ,且 3种波长疗效无显著差异

The basic characteristics and predominance of Traditional Chinese Medicine has been briefly discussed. We suggested that the theory and technology of modern photonics should be integrated with Traditional Chinese Medicine system. The concept of photonic traditional Chinese medicine was defined, The establishment, research field and further of photonic traditional Chinese medicine had been studied in detail. As far as the basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine, the nature and differentiation of Yin Yang, the attribution of Five Elements, its extension to Five Colors and acupuncture point effect characteristic were explained with photonic traditional Chinese medicine. At the clinical application of traditional Chinese medicine, we probed the mechanism of action of photobiological effects on traditional Chinese medicine and observed the clinic curative effects of low power laser irradiation and laser acupuncture. Also, we analyzed the active ingredients of Chinese herbal medicine with photonic pharmacology methods. In the end, the direction of the research of modernized construction of Photonic Traditional Chinese Medical Science was generalized.

本文简要地论述了中医药学的基本特点及其优势,将现代光子学理论与技术纳入到中医学体系,提出了光子中医学的概念,对光子中医学的学科建设、研究领域及其前景进行了论述。在中医基础理论方面,光子中医学就阴阳的属性及判断、五行的划分及向五色的延伸、经络系统的穴位特征与效应特点等方面进行阐述;在中医临床应用上,研究了光生物效应的中医作用机理,对低强度激光照射治疗及激光针灸进行了初步临床疗效观察;在中药研究方面,对中药有效成分与药理分析提出了光子药理学分析。最后,总结了中医学现代化建设的光子学设备研究方向以及中医药学的现代建设的光子学方向。

将现代光子学理论与技术纳人中医学理论体系,提出了光子中医学的基本概念,对中医的光子学学科建设、研究领域及其前景进行了论述。在中医基础理论方面,光子中医学就阴阳的属性及判断、五行的划分及向五色的延伸、经络系统的穴位特征与效应特点等方面进行阐述;在中医临床应用上,研究了光生物效应的中医作用机理,对低强度激光照射治疗及激光针灸进行了初步临床疗效观察;在中药研究方面,对中药有效成分与药理分析提出了光子药理学分析,为中医学的光子学研究奠定初步的基础。
