The steam temperature of Shanghai Boiler Plant SG50412 type boiler is lower than standard. It was indicated by analyses that the reason causing this steam temperature excursion is due to a severe deviation between the furnace outlet temperature (?). calculated according to Soviet Union's Calculate Method published in 1957 and the actual furnace outlet temperature (?),...

The steam temperature of Shanghai Boiler Plant SG50412 type boiler is lower than standard. According to the operating measurements at the Huamg-dau Power Plant, the main steam temperature was lower than design temperature by about 40℃. It was indicated by analyses that the reason causing this steam temperature excursion is due to a severe deviation between the furnace outlet temperature (?). calculated according to Soviet Union's Calculate Method published in 1957 and the actual furnace outlet temperature (?), which is lower than the calculated temperature at 100℃. On the basis mentioned above, this paper makes a study of furnace calculation method, analyses the shortcoming existing in the Soviet Union's Calculate Method and the cause of the deviation of (?). Finally, it is recommended that the furnace calculation method given in this paper should be adopted when the furnare geometry of this type boiler is changed. In order to verify the accuracy of this analyses, the author quantitatively analyses the effects on steam temperature when furnace outlet gas temperature and superheating surface are changad. That provides "comprehensive harness" culculation bases on this type boiler.

The mathematical model in the combined square deviation analysis should select the mixed model or known as cultivar effect of the fixed model. while location and year effects are more appropriate to be considered as random model.Comparing the two different methods or models in the evaluation of cultivar stability. Eberhart's is preferred to Finlay's. Its defination and standardization are closer to practical production. No significant correlation existed between yield and regression coefficient b stable parameter.

The time of preparing aldononitrile derivatives was much less than that published before[l5], and the accuracy of results is higher than that of the original standard by preacetylated inositol and by using integrator connected with gas chromatograph. The response factors of arabinose, xylose, mannose, glucose and galactose are determined. The recoveries of the monosacc-harides in the analysis are all over 90%.

本文应用三氟乙酸水解磨甘蔗本素及磨甘蔗酶解本素,用糖腈乙酰酯衍生物气相色谱法对木素残留的碳水化合物组成进行了测定和研究。通过改进用肌醇乙酰酯为内标,气相色谱联用计算积分机,测定了鼠李糖、阿拉伯糖、木糖、甘露糖、葡萄糖、半乳糖等的校正因子,并缩短了衍生物制备时间和提高了定量分析的准确性。测得各单糖的回收率均在90%以上。
