The numerical results show the response frequency characterizes changes with the different nonlinear bearing position, different rotating speed and different mass eccentricity. The theory analysis and computing in this paper will provide a good base for the nonlinear analysis of large rotor system's study and design.

A mathematic model of active magnetic bearing (AMB) rotor was formulated using the modal truncation method for an experimental helium turbo rotor in a 10 MW high temperature gas cooled test module reactor. A controller was designed with the linear quadratic Gaussian (LQG) method. A phase compensator was connected with the LQG controller in series to restrain the rotor modal vibration. The rotor passed through the first flexible critical rotational speed, and rotated stably at this speed for a long time by interactively adjusting the setup and modifying the controller coefficients. Some engineering experiences were obtained for the rotor supported by AMB passing through the critical rotational speed. The experimental results show that AMB can effectively restrain rotor vibration.

以10MW高温气冷堆中氦气透平试验转子模型为对象,设计了一种控制器。该控制器采用模态截断的方法获得电磁轴承系统的数学模型,并采用线性二次型Gauss方法,采用了一个同LQG(linearquadraticGaussian)控制器相串联的相位补偿器,以便有效地阻尼转子的模态振动。经过反复的试验调试和控制器参数修改,不但使转子顺利超越第一阶挠性临界旋转速度,而且实现转子停留在该旋转速度长期稳定的运行,积累了实际工程中电磁轴承支承的转子过临界旋转速度的经验。试验表明电磁轴承能有效地抑制转子的振动。
