In this research,the selection of bio-contact oxidation treatment process of mixed chemical industrial wastewater was illustrated and the pretreatment process was also studied.In the biological experiment,the effect of hydraulic retention time(HRT)and organic loads on the treatment of wastewater was studied.The laws of the biological growth and the development were observed.A mathematical model of organic biodegradation in the process resulted from experiment data was provided.The result of this research indicated that the bio-contact oxidation process was an effective process for mixed chemical industrial wastewater.Under suitable conditions,the removal rate of COD_ cr ,BOD_5 could reach above 55% and 90%,and the removal rate of colority and SS were over 80% and 50%.

本文介绍了利用混凝沉淀—生物接触氧化法治理混合化工污水的试验工艺选择 ,对生化进水的预处理工作进行了初步的探索。在生化试验中 ,研究了水力停留时间和有机负荷对污水处理效果的影响 ,并观察了微生物的生长和发展规律 ,初步探讨了其动力学模型。试验证明 :本法能有效地处理混合化工污水 ,在适宜的条件下 ,CODcr、BOD5 的去除率可达 55%和 90 %以上 ,色度和SS的去除率分别可达 80 %和 50 %以上。

The pretreatment of mixed chemical industrial wastewater was introduced. The result showed after bio-chemical treatment, the removal of COD, BOD5 and SS could reach 60% , 95% and 50% -60% seperately. After advanced physical-chemical treatment, the COD and color of final effluent could reach 124mg/L and drop 4 times respectively.

对某化工开发区混合化工废水进行预处理,物化出水采用厌氧水解—好氧活性污泥法进一步处理。研究了水力停留时间、有机负荷、容积负荷对处理效率的影响。结果表明:当上流式厌氧滤池进水COD浓度为700~900mg/L,经水解酸化—好氧处理后出水COD去除率达60%以上,色度、SS、BOD去除率分别为85%以上,50%~60%,95%左右。经混凝沉淀、Fenton试剂进一步处理,COD、色度可下降为124mg/L、4倍。

The pretreatment of mixed chemical industrial wastewater in a development zone was carried out. Two methods\|iron deoxidization plus neutralization flocculation precipitation and directly neutralization flocculation precipitation were used respectively. Several effect variants of iron deoxidization such as oxygen?granule carbon?COD\-\{Cr\} and pH value were discussed. Iron consumption, the function and change of ferrous ion in wastewater were also studied.
