Completing a new solid-free killing fluid is composed of cationic polymer and inorganic salt. The stability, inhibition, compatibility, solubilization, anti-oil cutting,protective pool ability of killing fluid are tested. A new type machine oil cutting fluid for band saw was prepared by adding proper additive selected from evaluation of various extreme pressure anti-wear additives into 150 SN neutral base oil. The industry service performance of the pilot scale product was tested and its toxicity was inspected. The results showed that the sulfur and phosphorous complex additive had better anti-wear performance, and its PB value reached 1 130.9N. The physical chemical indexes and the service performance of the prepared cutting fluid reached the level of the imported ones. No dead was found after the oral toxicological test for rots, and stimulated intensity was also not found for the acute skin irritation testing. The prepared cutting fluid reached the non-toxic grade.

在评价各类极压抗磨添加剂使用性能的基础上选择适当的添加剂,加入150SN中性基础油中,研制了新型带锯机油切削液,对中试产品的工业使用性能作了测试,并进行毒理检测。结果表明:使用硫、磷复配的极压抗磨添加剂效果最好,最大无卡咬负荷达到1130.9N。研制的带锯机油切削液的各项理化指标和使用性能达到国外同类产品的水平。急性经口毒性试验后,小白鼠无一例死亡;对兔极性皮肤试验刺激强度为无刺激,带锯机油切削液属无毒级。
