Of the 649 cases of ureteral calculi treated with synthetic expulsion therapy, stones were expelled in 354(54.5%) enses and moveddownw ard in 141 (21.7%) cases, The remaining 154(23.8%) cases failed to the treatment....

The size of expelling stones are 216(61%) cases less than 0.5cm in diameter and 106(30%) cases over 0.6cm in diameter. Our experiment provided that Herba Aehyranthi, Herba liguslici, Ureteral stone expulsion decoction No.2, Herba desmodii, Rhizoma rhei, and Mixture croti magnolia powder, were markedly increased on ureteral peristalsis amplitude and Herba achyranthi, Herba dainthi, Herba desmodii, Ureteral stone expusion decoction No.2, were obviously increased on quantity of urine The effect of galvano-acupuncture Zhaohai point and Sanyinjiao point were also increased on ureteral movement and quantity of urine.

Objective To explore the effects of ureteral stent placement on ureteral peristalsis and the time course of renal pelvic pressure changes. Method Forty rabbits were randomized equally into 8 groups, including a control group without placement of ureteral stents. The other 7 groups received ureteral stent placement, which were retained for 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 7, and 12 weeks respectively. When the rabbits were bred for the specified time periods, ureteral peristalsis was observed and renal pelvic pressure measured. Result The renal pelvic pressure was initially increased after the stent placement, but then followed by gradual deceases. Ureteral peristalsis was not observed after the stent placement. Conclusion Ureteral stent is a factor for causing obstruction in normal ureter.

目的探讨输尿管内支架对兔输尿管蠕动和肾盂压的影响及随时间的变化。方法将40只青紫蓝兔随机分为对照组及留置输尿管内支架0、1、2、3、4、7、12周组,共8组,每组5只。对照组不留置内支架,其余各组经膀胱留置右侧输尿管内支架。0周组留置内支架后即进行实验,余下的各组依次在留管1、2、3、4、7、12周后进行实验,观察输尿管蠕动和肾盂压的变化。结果留置内支架后肾盂压先升高,随着时间的推移逐渐下降;留置内支架期间未发现输尿管蠕动。结论对正常的上尿路,内支架是一个梗阻因素。
