Results The excellent rate of operating exam grades in the observation group was significantly higher than in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Ward-round type teaching methods can make the teaching process more lively and vivid. The students actively take part in the learning of the experimental lessons but not passively.

目的为提高护理实验课的教学质量。方法随机将护理专业中专班学生 6 4人分为观察组和对照组各 32人。对照组采用常规教学法进行实验课教学 ,观察组采用查房式导入法进行实验课教学。结果观察组操作考核成绩优良率明显高于对照组 ,两组比较 ,P <0 0 5 ,差异有显著性意义。结论查房式导入法可使教学环节生动、引人入胜 ;使学生由被动接受知识型转变为主动参与型 ;有利于培养高素质、全面发展的优秀护理人才。

This paper also points out that the past evaluation method, which evaluates the students' study grade just by their exams, should be changed and the idea that exam grades equal success should also be changed. A new evaluating standard should be in accordance with the target of cultivating the computer talents.
