Application of a three-level inverter to the medium-high voltage beam pump unit can not only save energy and reduce cost,but also improve the recovery efficiency.But the unbalanced DC-voltage affects the reliability of the neutral point clamp(NPC) three-level inverter and its electric drive system.Based on the analysis of unbalanced causation,a novel voltage-frequency conversion balancing method was presented.The concrete programming principle and control scheme by 87C196MC single chip were expatiated.The method is not affected or restricted by the output voltage of the inverter,and easy to realize,especially fit for single chip control.Additionally,the method can be applied to the inverters of more than three level.The correctness was also testified through simulation and experiments.

三电平逆变器应用于中高压游梁式抽油机变频驱动装置不仅可以节能降耗,而且能提高油井的采收率。然而,中点箝位式三电平逆变器的直流侧电压平衡问题直接影响逆变器及其电机调速系统的可靠性。在分析其产生原因的基础上,提出了一种压频转换式电压平衡控制新方法,并给出了利用87C196MC单片机实现的具体编程思路。该方法不受逆变器输出交流电压的影响和限制,实现简单,特别适合于单片机的控制,而且可以扩展到多于三电平的逆变器。仿真和实验结果证明了该方法的正确性。
