By mixing corn pollen, which has different kernel genetic markers, we got different genotype kernels on an ear, including self and cross fertilized kernels, to estimate the heterosis value of the F 1 embryo stage and xenia effect value of oil content. From a series of crosses of high and normal oil corn inbreds and single hybrids, it was found that there was heterosis of cross fertilized kernel on the same female parent, and the increased range of cross fertilized kernel weight varied with different crosses. For inbreds, the average F 1 kernel weights were 10% higher than that of the female selfed. The average F 1 kernel weight of single hybrid re crossed grain were 2.97%~4.68% higher than that of the female selfed. On the same female for inbreds and hybrids, the grain weight difference of two kinds of cross fertilized kernel, which were crossed with normal oil and high oil corn, was about 0.5g. It is believed that the high oil corn have different genetic background compared with the normal oil corn. The oil content of some of cross fertilized kernel between normal oil corn was higher than that of their parents. The oil content of cross fertilized kernel between normal oil and high oil corn increased, but did not exceed their parents, which was caused by xenia effects of high oil gene. The xenia effect value of oil content was estimated to be 0.35.

Results were as follows :(1) The average kernel oil content in male sterile hybrid × high oil hybrid was 1.6% higher than that of female parent. The xenia effect value of oil genes was 0.30.(2)The yield and 1000 kernel weight of male sterile hybrids were 10.1% and 5.8% higher than that of corresponding fertile hybrids respectively, showing significant cytoplasmic effect.(3)The yield in male sterile hybrid × high oil hybrid was similar to that of the female parent, but it's 1000 kernel weight was 7.3% lower than that of female parent. (4)Seed filling rate, the days of seed filling and IAA content in male sterile hybrid × high oil hybrid showed average heterosis tending female parent, and this was perhaps one of the reasons resulting in the average heterosis tending female parent for kernel oil content, yield, 1000 kernel weight and kernel size.

对 5个ES胞质雄性不育杂交种与 4个高油杂交种、5个普通杂交种再杂交籽粒的含油量、产量、千粒重和籽粒体积研究表明 :(1)不育杂交种×高油杂交种 ,当代籽粒含油量比母本平均提高 1.6 % ,高油和低油杂交种的油分基因花粉直感效应值均为 0 .30 ;(2 )不育杂交种比同型可育杂交种的产量和千粒重平均提高 10 .1%和 5 .8% ,表现出显著的细胞质效应 ;(3)不育杂交种×高油杂交种的产量与母本持平 ,千粒重下降 7.3% ;与父本相比 ,产量、千粒重和籽粒体积均有较大优势 ;(4)不育杂交种×高油杂交种的籽粒灌浆速度、灌浆持续天数和IAA含量均表现为偏向母本的中亲优势 ,这可能是单交种再杂交籽粒含油量、产量、千粒重和籽粒体积表现为中亲优势的部分原因
