In this paper, grey system cloud theory is introduced into sliding mode control and a novel grey fuzzy sliding mode controller is developed. In this controller design, grey prediction combined with fuzzy reasoning is used to obtain sliding mode control strategy. The controller can solve the vibration problem of sliding mode control system that is caused by switching delay because of the system's inertia. In this paper, grey system cloud theory is introduced into sliding mode control and a novel grey fuzzy sliding mode controller is developed. In this controller design, grey prediction combined with fuzzy reasoning is used to obtain sliding mode control strategy. The controller can solve the vibration problem of sliding mode control system that is caused by switching delay because of the system's inertia. Grey fuzzy sliding mode controller is used in AC speed adjustable system. Simulation results show that AC speed adjustable system can have high dynamic and static performance.

将灰色系统云理论引入到滑模变结构控制中 ,设计了一种新型的灰色模糊滑模控制器。该控制器将灰色预测与模糊推理相结合对滑模控制器的控制策略进行预测输出 ,能有效地解决滑模控制系统中由于系统惯性引起的切换滞后所带来的抖动问题。将此控制器应用到交流调速系统中 ,仿真研究表明交流调速系统能获得优良的动态和静态性能。

By means of analysing the rotary screen servo system a kind of prediction-compensation controller, based on grey system cloud model(SCGM), is put forward. The controller, combining grey prediction with PID and decision control, can improve the performance of servo system with small pure time-delay. The results of computer simulation and practical running prove that this scheme can reduce static error of ramp response without affecting system step response character.

通过对圆网伺服系统的分析 ,提出了一种基于系统云灰色模型 (SCGM)的预测补偿控制器 ,它结合灰色预测、PID控制以及决策控制的思想 ,可以较好地改善小的纯滞后伺服系统的跟踪性能 .仿真试验和实际运行证明了该控制方案能够在不影响原有系统阶跃响应的情况下 ,减小斜坡响应的稳态误差 ,提高伺服系统的动态响应能力 .
