A turbocharging system of automatic variable inlet exhaust injection timing (AVIEIT) to improve slow speed,high torque performance of high speed turbocharged intercooled diesel engine for vehicle use was proposed.The basic theory of AVIEIT was explained.By using finite volume method program,a great quantity of performance optimization simulations were carried out for 12V150 and D6114 diesel engine using AVIEIT system.Simulation results show that AVIEIT system has functions of improving cylinder air quanlity at slow speed,high torque operating mode,and substituting waste gate system at high speed operating mode.Design and calculation of AVIEIT control mechanism were carried out.Basic governing equations were derived.General design and calculation steps of control mechanism were presented.A whole AVIEIT timer was designed.Principle experiment of AVIEIT system was studied.Experiment results show that AVIEIT system has functions of improving economy performance and decreasing emissions.

提出了一种改善车用高速增压中冷柴油机低速大扭矩性能的自动变进排气供油正时 (AVIEIT)涡轮增压系统 ,阐述了 AVIEIT系统的基本原理。利用“有限体积法”程序 ,对 1 2 V1 50及 D61 1 4柴油机采用 AVIEIT系统进行了大量的优化模拟计算。计算结果表明 ,AVIEIT系统具有改善低速大扭矩点的气缸充量及替代高速工况放气的功能。对 AVIEIT系统控制机构的设计与计算进行了研究 ,导出了基本控制方程。给出了控制机构设计与计算的一般步骤 ,并设计了整套调节器。对 AVIEIT系统进行了原理性试验研究 ,试验结果表明 AVIEIT系统具有改善经济性及降低排放的功能

The investigation of pressure drop and cooling efficiency of the intercooler on the power and fuel characteristics and exhaust emissionscon sumption of turbocharged intercooled diesel engine have been carried out. The test results show that the intercooler has low pressure drop and high cooling efficiency, the output power of the diesel engine can be increased, and the exhaust gas temperature drops greatly, as well as the exhaust emissions of the engine meet the regulations.

对4100QBZL所配用的中冷器的阻力特性和冷却性能,以及发动机的动力性、经济性排放性能进行了试验研究。试验结果表明,中冷器的阻力较小,冷却能力很强。增压中冷后发动机的动力性有较大提高,排气温度下降,增压中冷发动机的排放性能较好。

An EGR system with Venturi mixer was applied to a heavy duty turbocharged intercooled diesel engine. Detailed tests were carried out under varied working conditions for researching the characteristics of EGR. Through the optimum emission test for EGR according to 13 mode test cycle, it proves that the optimized EGR strategy can reduce the NO x emission efficiently and limit the negative influencee on HC, CO, PM and BSFC.

在CA6110增压中冷柴油机上,安装了一套带文丘里管的EGR系统,并在各工况下进行了EGR对发动机经济性和排放影响的试验研究。通过在十三工况下进行的最佳EGR率排放试验证明,系统对于降低NOx排放效果十分明显,而且对HC、CO、颗粒排放和油耗率的负面影响较小。
