In this paper,a new oil gas prediction system,which is a compound system combining grey recognition, neural network and genetic algorithm and, named the grey genetic recognition system, is briefly presented at the first. Then, the paper fully details the train of thought of modeling, character option and recognition calculation for the multi target reservoir prediction including production capacity, effective thickness, porosity and KH value. Finally the predicted distribution map of the evaluated region with the above four targets is revealed. The results are identical with the views of petroleum geological experts and show that GGRS system has good applied prospects in oil gas prediction.

本文介绍一种新的油气预测方法——灰色遗传识别法在储层预测中的应用。该方法是一集灰色识别、神经网络、遗传算法三者为一体的、思路新颖的新型油气预测系统。文中首先简要介绍系统的方法原理、特点及计算步骤,然后再描述其在XX气田产能、有效厚度、孔隙度及KH值(渗透率×有效厚度)等多目标储层预测中的模式建立的思路、特征优选、识别计算的过程及结果,最后展示该区产能、有效厚度、孔隙度、KH值的单测线多目标预测图及工区平面预测分布图,结果与气田地质专家的认识相当一致,显示了本方法在油气预测中的良好应用前景。

By approaching variations of physical and chemical properties (i. e., rates of vapour and dissolution, surface tension, coefficient of viscosity and density) of spilled oils during weathering from application of grey system theory, GM(1, 1 ) and GM(0, m ) of forecasting models of the physical and chemical properties of spilled oils during weathering are established. The results show that: (1) the precision and accuracy of the forecasting of GM (1,1 ) and GM(0, m ) with statistical test are satisfactory, (2)...

The results show that: (1) the precision and accuracy of the forecasting of GM (1,1 ) and GM(0, m ) with statistical test are satisfactory, (2) the grey relativities of the physical and chemical properties of spilled oils during weathering can be expressed as the parameters of grey recognition of GM(0, m ) and (3) The surface tension, the coefficient of viscosity and the density can be taken as the factors of forecasting of the rates of vapour and dissolution of spilled oils during weathering.

应用灰色系统理论对海面溢油物理化学性质(蒸发率、溶解率、表面张力、黏度和密度)在风化过程中的变化进行研究,建立了溢油物理化学性质在风化过程中的预测模式GM(1,1)和GM(0,m).结果表明,在风化过程中,溢油物理化学性质的GM(1,1)和GM(0,m)模式预测精度令人满意,皆符合统计学检验的要求;在风化过程中,溢油物理化学性质所具有的灰色相关性可用GM(0,m)模式的灰色辨识参数来表征;在风化过程中,溢油的蒸发率和溶解率可分别用表面张力、黏度和密度作为预报因子。关
