In this paper,based on the balances of material,heat and chemistry, using the simulated method combining theory with experience,a model of ultra high power electric arc furnace(UHP-EAF) steelmaking process is established,that is the metallurgical model and the heat model.The metallurgical model includes the models of optimization burdening,the quantity of adding lime,the melt down composition of liquid steel, blowing oxygen quantity,the end point composition of liquid steel and the optimization of alloy supply....

In this paper,based on the balances of material,heat and chemistry, using the simulated method combining theory with experience,a model of ultra high power electric arc furnace(UHP-EAF) steelmaking process is established,that is the metallurgical model and the heat model.The metallurgical model includes the models of optimization burdening,the quantity of adding lime,the melt down composition of liquid steel, blowing oxygen quantity,the end point composition of liquid steel and the optimization of alloy supply. The heat models consist of the temperature of scrap preheating and energy consumption,the calculation of energy loss,energy supply,and the temperature of liquid steel.The calculation of slagmaking in the metallurgical model,scrap preheating,oxygen fuel burner and the application of direct reduction iron in the heat model are considered,these made the process model to be more complete.

本文以物料平衡、热量平衡和化学平衡为基础,采用理论与经验相结合的模化方法,建立了超高功率电弧炉炼钢工艺模型,即冶金模型和热模型。冶金模型包括:优化配料模型、石灰加入量模型、钢水熔清成分模型、吹氧量模型、钢水终点成分模型和最优补加合金模型。热模型包括:废钢预热温度模型、能量消耗模型、能量损耗计算模型、能量供应计算模型和钢水温度预报模型。冶金模型中,加入了造渣料的计算。热模型中,考虑了废钢预热、氧燃烧嘴和直接还原铁应用等新技术,使工艺模型更趋完整。
