According to synthetic analysis, the target areas of condensate gas exploration should be Tarim, Turpan and Hami Basins in Xinjiang, the rift systems in Northeast China and inner Mongolia, the rift basins in the East China, the South China, the East China and Bobal Bay regions.

Rice germplasm resources in Guizhou are rich in genetic diversity with relatively large variation of biological characters and various types by the natural evolution and artificial selection. Being identified and sorted systematically and comprehensively with the multi-disciplinary sciences, 5168 traditional varieties collected from 79 counties of Guizhou, accounting for about 10% of the total in China were reproduced and sent to the National Bank of Crops Germplasm Resources at CAAS for long-term conservation....

There were some of elite types including semi-dwarf, more grains per panicle, weight grain, good quality, cold and drought tolerance, resistance to diseases and pests as well. Other special elite characterized by restoring to CMS, wide compatibility, and poly-embryonic seedlings were also screened.Working and administering system on rice genetic diversity by establishing databank for base and core collection was formed to utilize widely in rice breeding.It will be helpful to direct germplasm enhancement and gene-pool enrichment with development of molecular biotechnology in application.

贵州高原立体农业生态下经长期自然演变和人工选择而形成的稻种资源遗传多样性的研究与利用已取得较大进展。主要表现在 :( 1 )收集整理了源于不同生态区已全国编目的地方稻种 51 68份 ,并入国家长期种质库保存 ,系统完成了农艺性状和特性鉴定与评价 ,筛选出一批矮秆、大穗、大粒、优质、特种稻等性状优良和抗病虫、耐冷、抗旱性等特性突出的优异种质 ;( 2 )开展了地方稻种中细胞质雄性不育 (CMS)恢复源、非sd -1基因新矮源、广亲和、双多胚等有利基因资源的鉴定和筛选 ;( 3)初步建立以基础样品、活动样品和核心样品的分类数据库为基础的资源信息管理系统 ,形成了一套融性状鉴定与评价、遗传改良、开发创新与基因库拓展的多层次多途径相结合的种质资源工作体系。还就当前稻种遗传多样性研究现状与未来发展的要求 ,从表型鉴定评价向分子标记与图谱等新技术应用相结合以推动研究的深入进行了讨论。

Jizhong Depression in Bohai Bay Basin is a large-scale faulted basin developed in humid climate,while Erlian Basin is a small faulted basin group developed in semiarid climate.The pool-forming conditions and the rules of petroleum distribution and enrichment are different in them.Based on the correlation between the lithologic and stratigraphic pools found in Jizhong Depression and those in Erlian Basin,five rules of distribution and enrichment are summarized: the scale of basins decides the size of petroleum resources and pools;thickness of matured source rocks controls the pools longitudinal domains;the main oil-forming centers control the shapes of the pools planar distribution,e.g.lithologic pools along the main depressions in the Jizhong Depression are polycyclic-shaped along the depressions,while in Erlian Basin,the pools are hemicyclic-shaped inside the depressions;the geologic fabric builds the main direction of fluid potential and the pools distribution;plays in faulted basins control the pools enrichment.

渤海湾盆地冀中坳陷是潮湿气候条件下发育的大型断陷湖盆,二连盆地则是半干旱气候条件下发育的小型断陷湖盆群。二者尽管构造演化特点相似,但湖盆规模、沉积环境和沉积特征差异很大,导致成藏条件和油气分布、富集规律不同。对比冀中坳陷和二连盆地近几年发现的岩性-地层油气藏,总结归纳出5方面油气藏分布与富集特征:①断陷湖盆大小决定凹陷油气资源及岩性-地层油气藏的规模。②成熟烃源岩厚度控制岩性-地层油气藏纵向分布范围。③主洼槽(生油中心)控制岩性-地层油气藏平面分布形态,例如,冀中坳陷岩性油气藏沿主洼槽带周缘呈“槽缘多环型”分布形态,二连盆地岩性油气藏在主洼槽内呈“槽内半环型”分布形态。④断陷湖盆地质结构决定油气运移主方向及岩性-地层油气藏分布格局。⑤断陷湖盆成藏组合控制岩性-地层油气藏的富集程度。图5参11
