This paper presents a heat conduction model with the impact of a single particle on the furnace wall and sets up a gas solid two phase model with the flow impingement of the particle flow on the furnace wall. Developed from these models, a formula of the coefficient of particle convection heat transfer per unit wall is given. According to the formula, estimations are made of the strength of particle convection heat transfer in the furnace under normal operation and the abnormal state of the flow in the furnace, i.e., when the flame seriously impacts the wall. Finally, some useful conclusions are given.

提出了炉膛内单颗粒碰撞壁面导热模型,建立了颗粒流冲刷壁面的气固两相流模型.经理论推导,得到了单位壁面上颗粒的对流换热系数表达式.据此表达式对正常工况炉内颗粒对流换热强度进行了估算,并对炉内异常流动工况——火焰严重刷墙时颗粒对流换热强度进行了分析,获得了有益的结论

This paper analyzes the convection heat transfer under the impact of flame on the wall in pulverized fuel boiler furnace, proposes its model that convection heat transfer is composed of gas convection heat transfer and particle convection heat transfer. According to the model, the calculation are carried out, and the calculating results accord with the experimental data basically. Figs 5, tables 2 and refs4.
