目的:探讨计算机选色技术在齿科领域应用的可行性。方法:收集9种光敏树脂并在不同背景色下测色,制作数据库文件,测取天然牙的色度值与数据库内数据进行比较,选出与其色差最小的光敏树脂,并将该树脂填入天然牙唇面窝洞内用肉眼判定颜色匹配情况。结果:CCS结果与肉眼判定结果基本一致。结论:CCS方法可以代替视感比色而被应用于临床,但尚有一些问题需要完善补充。

For the evaluation of lightness threshold characteristics of the visual color matching the experiment is carried out.By using cathode-ray tube(CRT)-generated color stimuli under five different gray backgrounds,the visual color matching is achieved for 19 neutral standard stimuli with their lightness L~* ranging from 5 to 95 by the step of 5 CIELAB unit.Upon the data processing and the analysis of the experimental results,the crispening effect and the(Weber's) law,which are about the correlation between the visual lightness discrimination threshold of color stimuli and the lightness of the background,are validated.Furthermore the visual color matching data from the present experiment are used to evaluate the CIELAB-based related aberration formulae.For the lightness-difference predicting,the CIEDE2000 outperforms the others,followed by CMC,and with CIE94 and CIELAB the poorest.

Objective To appreciate the effect of Gumy on visual color matching by comparing the matching accuracy using the shade-guides with and without Gumy differently.Methods Two shade-guides with the minimum color difference were selected by means of color measuring with spectrum photometer. Seven color codes were used to be color matching objects and the marks were covered. Ten prothodontist with over 5-year clinical experience carried out color matching at the same circumstance in 3 conditions that both objects and shade-guide without Gumy (Group A), only objects with Gumy(Group B), both objects and shade-guide with Gumy. The color matching results were recorded and used to compute correct percentage.Results The correct percentage in group B ( 50%) were significantly lower than that of Group A ( 81.82%) and group C ( 77.27%)(P< 0.01), and no difference was found between group A and group C. Conclusion Gumy can improve the color matching condition and increase correct percentage of color matching.

目的通过分析使用带有或不带有人工牙龈的比色板比色准确率,判断人工牙龈对视觉比色的影响。方法首先用测色加视觉的方法筛选出颜色最接近之色标配成实验用比色板,选出7个色标并遮盖色标号作为比色目标,5年以上修复临床经验医师10人为受试者,在统一条件下对7个比色目标进行3组视觉比色,分别为比色目标与比色板均不使用人工牙龈(简称A组),仅比色目标有人工牙龈(简称B组),比色目标与比色板均使用人工牙龈(简称C组)。分别记录比色结果正误数量并计算正确率。结果经统计检验B组与A组、B组与C组之间都有极显著性差异(P<0.01),A组与C组之间则无显著性差异(P>0.05),即在比色目标有人工牙龈情况下,使用配有人工牙龈的色标时比色正确率远高于不使用人工牙龈的色标。结论使用人工牙龈有利于临床上取得正确比色结果,它可以通过部分弥补了牙龈与牙齿颜色的反差对比、使色标更能反映就位后的最终颜色、去除干扰等发挥作用。
