She contends that conservativeness has to be eliminated, discretion should be changed, and aggressiveness would be the targetto meet the need of developing situation. In connection with leader's type, the author expoundsthe necessary qualities a leader should have. In the process of improving the qualities of enter-prise leaders, the following relationship should be well handled: the relationship between generalablity and special ability, between knowledge and experience, and between suiting external en-vironment and creating internal environment.

本文较系统地分析了领导行为的特点、企业领导者的职责和权限,并结合我国现状,分析了企业领导的形态和领导者素质的问题。作者认为,我国现有企业的领导形态主要有进取型、保守型和随意型三种,分析了它们各自的特点,并列表进行了比较。作者提出要去掉保守性,改变随意性,向进取性发展,以适经济发展的形势。联系领导形态,作者分析了领导者应具有的素质和在提高领导者素质时应处理好的几个关系:即全才与专才的关系,知识与经验的关系,为人与处事的关系以及适应外在环境和创造内在环境的关系。
