根据耕整机的特点,对小滑板及平衡盘进行改进,应用泥水膜润滑原理减少其滑行阻力,可提高机组的生产率、降低油耗、减少滑板磨损.根据实验室土槽试验,平衡盘的滑行阻力下降44.5%左右,在水田里新旧机子对比试验表明油耗下降11.6%,小滑板磨损值减小3.3倍.
