By changing the shape and location of Venturi feeder and the shape of inlet section of cyclone separator,four structures for high temperature pipe expansion equipment of 6400kg/h based on optimization model were given and numerically simulated to derive temperature and gas-solid distribution in the modeled flow fields by using small slip model and ANSYS/FLOTRAN CFD.

Using the small slip model and the module of ANSYS/FLOTRAN CFD,This paper carried on numerical simulation for the high temperature expansion pipe of 2400kg/h. Then it obtained the distribution of temperature、velocity and gas-solid two phase of the model. The result had the better agreement with the actual measured value.

Based on similar theory and rational similar ratio,the structural model of the 6 400 kg/h high temperature expansion pipe,Using the small slip model and the module of ANSYS/FLOTRAN CFD,numerical simulation is conducted and the distribution of temperature,velocity and gas-solid two phase of the whole 3D model is obtained. The results conform well to the actually measured values of the 2 400 kg/h high temperature expansion pipe.
