The analysis of the results shows, at least for these test cases, on the same working conditions and within a certain range of gap scale, the blade row with smaller tip gap height can attain higher efficiency, and for the same circumferential leakage area in the tip region, the blade row with expanding tip gap height along chord direction can obtain higher efficiency. The work of this paper can provide a useful reference for optimum design of compressor stator.

本文针对几种不同形态的叶栅顶部间隙,在环壁转动与静止的不同情况下,研究间隙内的泄漏流动对三维粘性流场的影响。结果表明,至少对本文算例而言,在相同的工作条件下,具有适当小间隙的叶栅往往可以获得比无间隙叶栅更高的效率;而在相同的切向泄漏面积下,沿流向渐扩型间隙的叶栅可以获得更高的效率.本文的结果可以从定性和定量的角度为改进设计并合理利用叶栅间隙的泄漏流动提供参考.

本文用数值方法研究带有间隙的三维叶栅叶顶区的流动。对于不同大小的间隙及环壁静止与旋转的不同壁面条件,揭示了叶顶区流动的细节。计算结果表明,叶片当地厚度与间隙高度之比过大过小的情形均不易形成叶顶分离涡,相比轮毂静止的情形,轮毂转动时较不易形成叶顶分离涡。
