Objective: To make out effects of different absorbents, mositure and alcohol amount on the absorption of lipophilic extract of Rhizoma Alismatis in Jinzhe Guanxin Capsules in order to solve its preparation procedure problem. AIM To develop less toxic and more effective anti-tumor drugs with the medicinal herb, the various extracts from the herb Bai-Hua-She-She-Cao( Hedyotis diffusa ) were prepared and determined of their single and multi action of anti-tumor. METHODS Decoction, lipophilic extract and crude polysaccharide were prepared from Hedyotis diffusa , with water extraction, alcohol extraction and defatting/water extraction and alcohol precipitation, respectively. Anti-tumor activities were tested with tumor-model in vivo (Sarcoma-180 cells implanted in mice). RESULTS Experimental results indicated that the elementary aqueous extract of H. diffusa had no marked anti-tumor effect on Sarcoma-180 cells implanted in mice. The water-soluble crude polysaccharides separated from H. diffusa and the lipophilic extract of H. diffusa showed the anti-tumor activities,and showed the protective effect on chemotherapeutic damage. Combined administration of the lipophilic extract and the crude polysaccharides did not show the synergistic anti-tumor activity. CONCLUSION The experimental results indicated that the herb will have prospect of application to anti-tumor; the separated extraction is better than simple decoction for the treatment; the further studies on the multi-use of the herbal constituents will be needed. 目的 为研制低毒高效的抗癌制剂 ,确定不同的白花蛇舌草提取物 (汤剂、亲脂提取物、粗多糖 )的抗肿瘤作用。方法 采用水提取法、醇提取法、脱脂水提醇沉法分别制备了白花蛇舌草汤剂、亲脂提取物和粗多糖。用 S-180细胞植入小鼠作为模型 ,进行了抑制肿瘤的试验。结果 白花蛇舌草的水提液 (汤剂 )对 S- 180肿瘤细胞没有明显的抑制作用 ;白花蛇舌草水溶性的多糖和亲脂提取物对 S- 180肿瘤细胞具有显著的抑制作用 ;在抑瘤的同时 ,多糖部分具有对化学损伤的保护作用 ;水溶性的多糖和亲脂提取物合并给药并未显示协同抗肿瘤活性。结论 白花蛇舌草的脂溶性部位和多糖具有良好的抗肿瘤应用前景 ,分别提取比简单的水提取效果好 The extracts of 27 red alga, 27 brown alga and 8 green alga, which were collected from the coasts of Weizhou island off Guangxi Province, Naozhou island off Guangdong Province, Qingdao and Weihai in Shandong Province, were tested for anti tumor, antibacterial, immunity, anti inflammatory activity and the inhibitory effect against alpha glucosidase. Of the marine alga tested, methanol extracts of Symphyocladia latiuscula, Rhodomela confervoides, Leathesia nana and Punctaria latifolia showed marked selective cytotoxic activity; water portion of Desmarestia viridis and acetic ether portion of Symphyocladia latiuscula showed high antibacterial activity; methanol extracts of Chrysymenia wrightii, Dictyota dichotoma, Scytosiphon lomentarius and Ulva lactuca showed strong immune inhibitory activity, Ceramium kondoi, Gracilaria lemaneiformis, Gloiopeltis furcata, Chorda filum and Leathesia nana have strong immune enhancement activity; methanol extracts of Chondria tenuissima, Chondria crasscaulis and Chorda filum showed notable anti inflammatory activity; lipophilic extracts of Rhodomela confervoides, Enteromorpha intestinalis and Gracilaria textorii remarkably inhibited alpha glucosidase activity; polyphenols from brown alga could effectively prevent fish oil from being oxidized. 分别采用MTT法、双碟法、酶标法、光度法和增重法测定了广西涠洲岛、广东硇洲岛、山东青岛和威海沿岸具有代表性的大型海藻提取物的抗肿瘤、抗菌、免疫、抗炎、抑制α 葡萄糖苷酶和抗氧化的活性。结果表明 ,鸭毛藻、松节藻、小粘膜藻和点叶藻的甲醇提取物具有选择性细胞毒活性 ;酸藻水相、鸭毛藻的乙酸乙酯相有较强的抗菌活性 ;金膜藻、网地藻、石莼和萱藻的甲醇提取物有较好的免疫抑制活性 ;三叉仙菜、龙须菜、海萝、绳藻和小粘膜藻的甲醇提取物有较好的免疫增强活性 ;细枝软骨藻、粗枝软骨藻和绳藻的甲醇提取物有显著的抗炎活性 ;松节藻、肠浒苔和扁江蓠的脂溶性提取物能有效地抑制α 葡萄糖苷酶的活性 ;褐藻多酚具有明显的抗氧化活性
