The study is based on damage mechanics analysis integrating code for appraisement of existing buildings in terms of the characteristic of the neoteric protective buildings on the general building evaluation, and the qualitative and quantitative, subjective and objective relation are adequately reflected.

本文在一般建筑物定性评估的基础上,根据近代建筑的特点,基于损伤力学分析,结合现行鉴定标准,按照建筑物损伤类别和损坏程度,将实测损伤状态与损伤系数一一对应起来,给出了近代建筑损伤评估体系的定量损伤参数,提出了用损伤系数来定量评估近代建筑的宏观损伤,充分反映了损伤评估中的定性与定量、主观与客观的关系。
