The oxygen content of HCO is higher than HMX, and no crystalloblastesis has been found while being heated up to its melting point at 250℃ The theoretical specific impulse for HCO monopropellant is 269.28 s., 4 s., higher than HMX. Smokeless propellants with HCO all show to give higher specific impulse (theoretical)...

HCO propellants show much lower pressure exponent (a decrease of 0.109 without catalyst, or of 0.148 with the addition of catalyst; HMX propellants show a decrease of 0.129 with catalyst). It is certain that a even lower pressure exponent can be expected when suitable catalysts are being used. As a new type of smokeless propellant therefore, it is worthy of further investigation.

In this paper it is described that the integrated solid propellant ramrocket engine is available for surface-air missilse due to its advanteges such as high specific impulse, light weight, full flight thrust provision, convenient u-se and maintenance, and low cost. It is also discussed that the missile performance can be greatly improved by means of increasing the available engine attack angle, accepting BTT technique adjusting the fuel flow and using oxidizer-lean propellant.

Experimental date show that the high burning rate and high specific impulse can be achieved by using the fine-grain or superfine-grain AP propellants and nitramine propellants under the energetic condition of high effective catalyses of burning rate, polyazinc bender etc.

通过对40篇文献的分析,综述了超细、微细高氯酸铵(AP)、硝胺(RDX,HMX)对提高AP-复合推进剂、硝胺-复合推进剂及AP/硝胺复合改性双基推进剂燃烧性能所起的作用。论述了超细AP,多孔AP明显提高燃速及微细硝胺消除燃速-压力曲线拐点的作用,并以数据图表说明了超细,微细AP、硝胺推进剂在高效燃速催化剂、聚叠氮含能粘合剂等有利条件的协同作用下获得很高燃速和比冲的事例。
