In the case of treating some types of copper concentrates containing much calc- ium and magnesium(in the forms of carbonates),due to insufficient decomposition of these carbonates during roasting,it is obvious that evolution of bubbles in the course of clarification...

In the case of treating some types of copper concentrates containing much calc- ium and magnesium(in the forms of carbonates),due to insufficient decomposition of these carbonates during roasting,it is obvious that evolution of bubbles in the course of clarification of pulp will hinder the clarification seriously.This causes much trouble in the leaching operation.In order to promote the decomposition of those car- bonates and convert them into sulphates,it is necessary to raise the temperature of roasting,but this will lead to the formation of much copper ferrite. In roasting process,by adding 1.3-1.7% mirabilite into the fluid bed roaster feeds, we succeeded in raising the roasting temperature by 50-80℃.Mirabilite appears to play a certain role in promoting copper sulphation during roasting at higher temper- atures,and promoting sulphation of calcium and magnesium carbonates,resulting in the reduction of bubbling in the clarification of pulp. During roasting sodium sulphate can increase the particle size of calcine by con- gregating the calcine particles together,thus reducing the dust formation during fluid-bed roasting.

沸腾焙烧处理含钙镁高的铜精矿时,由于碳酸盐在焙烧过程中分解不完全,在浸出时就会产生气泡而严重影响溶液的澄清。为促进碳酸盐的分解,并使之转变成硫酸盐,需要较高的焙烧温度。但是,提高焙烧温度又会导致大量铁酸铜的产生。我们采取在焙烧炉给料中添加1.3~1.7%芒硝的措施,成功地将焙烧温度提高了50~80℃,芒硝在较高温度焙烧时能促进铜的硫酸化,同时也有助于钙镁碳酸盐的硫酸化,从而大大减轻了浸出、澄清过程中的鼓泡现象。此外,芒硝能使焙砂颗粒聚集,增大了焙砂的粒度,使烟尘率有较大的降低。

A systematic study in this aspect has been made and the result indicates the powder are related to the temperature and the time of roast. The most proper temperature as well as the time of roast is in existence to each one for some specific purpose. Generally, it is good to maintain the intermediate at the temperature of 1100 c for 4 to 5 hours. The best temperature of roast usually ranges from 900 to 1100 C. Another factor, the way of cooling, is also studied and discussed.

混合稀土抛光粉一般为混合稀土氧化物。它由草酸盐或碳酸盐等中间体焙烧而成。本文研究了焙烧温度及在特定焙烧温度下保温时间长短对抛光粉性能的影响。对于草酸盐中间体来说,最佳焙烧温度在900~1100℃范围内,而在1100℃高温下保温4—5小时比较适宜。

In this paper, several ways of increasing the hardness of low-temperature abrasive tool is intro-duced . By managing the containing of bonded, temperature of roasting green wheel desity, content of the bondedwhich are factors to influence the hardness. We can make hi-hardness and hi-strength and low-temperature siliconcarbide abrasive tool.
