UCB nucleating activity is determined by the nucleating time method.Results:Micelle and vesicle can combine UCB and the latter can facilitate cholesterol crystal growth. NT(nucleating time) observed in the experimental group and control group are (7.65±1.24) and (12.8±3.22) days respectively(P<0.05).Conclusion:①The dissolution of UCB relies on the dissolution modes of cholesterol.②UCB possesses certain pro-nucleating activity and might play an important role in the formation of gallstones.

目的 :在含有未结合胆红素 (UCB)、胆固醇、磷脂和胆盐的综合模拟胆汁体系中 ,探讨UCB与胆固醇的溶解方式及相互关系。方法 :检测UCB在Small模拟胆汁、胆汁泡 (胆固醇 磷脂泡 )溶液、泡对照组和本底对照组中的饱和溶解度 ,并分析比较Small模拟胆汁在加入过量UCB保存、过滤前后胆固醇含量的变化 ;同时观察UCB对胆固醇过饱和胆汁成核时间 (NT)的影响。结果 :微胶粒、泡能结合UCB而使其溶解 ,UCB能促进胆固醇结晶形成、NT缩短 ,且其差异显著。结论 :UCB溶解依赖胆固醇的溶解方式 ,同时又可能作为促成核因子参与胆固醇结石形成。

In order to study the influencing factors of the metallic tailings building glass-ceramics produced by once sintering Method.The Differential thermal analysis was taken to get the best composition;the orthogonal optimization design was used to optimize the heat treatment system,the X-ray diffraction experiment;and the Compressive strength experiment were taken to analyse the influencing factors.It shows that the influence ranges were:the nucleating time,the crystallization time,and the temperature-increasing rate.The best heat treatment is reached when the nucleating time is 45 min,the crystallization time is 45 min,and the rate:5℃/min.So when the once sintering method is used,the remelting can be avoided the backsiphon can be controlled,and the mechanical property will be improved.

目的探求用一次烧结法制取金属尾矿建筑微晶玻璃的影响因素.方法通过差热分析确定微晶玻璃的最佳组成;正交优化设计实验,对一次烧结法生产金属尾矿建筑微晶玻璃的热处理制度进行优化;X射线衍射及抗压强度实验分析影响因素.结果一次烧结法生产建筑微晶玻璃的各影响因素的重要性顺序为:核化时间,晶化时间,升温速率;最佳热处理制度为:核化保温60 min,升温速率5℃/min,晶化保温60 min;一次烧结法的热处理制度经优化可将整个制备过程从6-8 h缩短到4 h内.结论用一次烧结法生产金属尾矿建筑微晶玻璃,避免了晶体在高温玻璃液中的重熔,有效控制了晶体的回吸现象,提高了产品的力学性能.
