In this paper, the adequate conditions of photolithographic process of the photoreactive polyimide-containing cinnamyl group, involving photoresist compounding, spin coating, prebaking, exposing, ultrasonic development, rinse, postbaking and imidization etc. were determined. The results show that the photoresist which contains cinnamyl group exhibited an excellent thermal stability and adequate photosensitive properties.

本文对于含肉桂基的光敏聚酰亚胺光刻胶的适宜光刻工艺条件,诸如:光刻胶的配制、甩胶涂布、前烘、曝光、超声显影、淋洗、后烘与亚胺化等,进行了确定。研究结果表明,这种含肉桂基的光刻胶具有优良的耐热性与适宜的光敏特性。

目的研究三种新的月桂基β-环糊精固定相的色谱行为.方法 合成了三种新的月桂基β-环糊精,七-(2,6-二-O-月桂基-3-甲基)-β-CD;七-(2,6-二-O-月桂基-3-乙酰基)-β-CD;七-(2,6-二-O-月桂基-3-三氟乙酰基)-β-CD,并把它们涂渍在毛细管柱上.结果三种新的固定相有较好的热稳定性和高柱效,而且对一些取代苯的位置异构体有很好的选择性,研究结果表明往环糊精中引入月桂基,对固定相的性能有很大的影响.结论这些新的β-CD衍生物非常适于用作气相色谱固定相.

In this paper, cinnamyl group that bears excellent UV absorbing ability was grafted onto the chain of natural polymer chitosan and chitin, in methane-sulfonic acid system. Chitosan cinnamate and chitin cinnamate were prepared. The expected molecular structure of chitosan cinnamate and chitin cinnamate can be confirmed by FT-IR. 在甲磺酸体系中,通过肉桂酰氯与壳聚糖和甲壳素的反应,将适于作紫外线吸收剂的肉桂酸分子接枝到了天然高分子壳聚糖和甲壳素的分子链上,制得了肉桂酰壳聚糖和肉桂酰甲壳素。红外光谱的表征表明产物具有目标产物的结构特征,广角X射线衍射的表征表明壳聚糖和甲壳素酰化反应后结晶度明显降低,紫外光谱的表征表明肉桂酸具有一定的吸收紫外线的能力,同时对产物的溶解性能进行了研究。
