It is a critical basis for utilization of rainfall resource and pollution control of runoff in urban area to understand runoff quality and its main influential factors.On the basis of large quality data selected from rainfall events during 1998-2000 in Beijing , this article analyzes the quality of runoff from roofs and roads, and major factors which affect the quality. The quality of the runoff is very poor, the polluting strength of the first flash of the runoff is higher that of raw sewage. In addition to air quality, the most important influential factors are roof material, road type and its pollution condition, air temperature, rainfall intensity and volume, and interval of rainfall events etc. Some necessary management measurements for utilization and pollution control of the urban runoff in Beijing are discussed.

But the main reason of the salinity intrusion in Laizhou Bay is the excessive drawing of underground fresh water. There is a dynamic equilibrium interface between underground fresh water and salt water. If the storage of fresh water decreases and the equilibrium is lost, the salinity intrusion occurs. This is controlled by several factors. There is a conflict between the storage of underground fresh water and the demand of human being for it. Excessive underground water drawing is the main factor that results in salinity intrusion. So, looking for new source of fresh water, water saving, recharging fresh water artificially, separating fresh water and salt water are useful to prevent the generation and development of this hazard.

 首先介绍了我国存在着严重海水入侵灾害的三大河三角洲——长江三角洲、珠江三角洲、老黄河三角洲(莱州湾地区)海水入侵现状。长江口和珠江口海水入侵主要受河流入海径流量和河口潮汐影响,莱州湾地区海水入侵的产生则主要是人类过量开采地下淡水所致。地下淡水和咸水之间存在着一个动态平衡的混合界面,淡水储存一旦减少,平衡状态被打破,该界面便会向陆移动,最终产生海水入侵。海水入侵的发生受着诸多因素制约。在中国沿海地区,地下淡水的储备与人类的用水需求之间存在着矛盾,人类过量开采地下淡水是产生海水入侵的主导因素。因而开源节流、人工回灌地下淡水、阻隔水流等措施在防治海水入侵方面是行之有效的。

This paper aims at solving the difficulty to simulate natural rainfall by manual and the defect of not easy to determine the spectrum parameter. We tried to use traditional Color-spot method with CorelDRAW for a new method for data processing. The rainfall spectrum characteristics of the model under different rainfall intensities and pressures were concluded. It proved that the new method can enlarge measure range 10 times, but with much less work. We got the correlation between raindrop diameter and color-plot diameter, and proved its advantages and applicability.

运用相似于原理,修建小流域模型,人工模拟降雨,是进行各种雨水利用及径流调控试验研究的有效手段,而降雨雨谱特性的观测,是其中的一项重要工作。降雨强度与雨滴大小、数量及雨滴密度有关。本文基于模型降雨相似性模拟困难,雨谱参数测定不易的缺陷,运用CorelDRAW软件与传统色斑法相结合,探索出一种新的测量与数据处理方法,并得出不同情况下模型的雨谱特性。该法使测量范围扩大一个数量级,同时大大减少了工作量。
