Kinetic catalytic determination of trace Cu(II) in water samples with the thioglycolic/thiolactic acid-chromate reaction

On the basis of above researches, a chemiluminescence method for the determination of trace Cu(II)in natural water had been developed. The detection limit of this method is 0.09 ppb, recovery is 91.4-108.0%. The results of the determination of some natural water samples by this method were in accordance with that from the graphite furnace atomic absorption spectroscopic method.

本文用改进的单纯形优化法研究了邻菲啰啉-H_2O_2-CTMAB-Cu(Ⅱ)化学发光体系的最佳反应条件,较为详细地研究了该化学发光反应的机理,较为合理地解释了表面活性剂在该体系中的作用。同时选择适当的掩蔽剂,大大提高了反应的选择性。据此拟定了新的化学发光测定痕量铜的方法,经试用于天然水的分析获得较为满意的结果。本法的检测限达0.09ppb,水样测试的精密度良好,回收率91.4-108.0%,与石墨炉原子吸收法测定的结果甚为一致。

A new method for fluoro-quenching determination of trace Cu(II) with DBPF and CTMAB has been described. The optimum condition is studied. Rectilinear range is 0,1-5,0ug/25ml at pH6.4-8.0. The molar ratio of Cu to DBPF is 1 : 2. The excitation and emission wavelengths are 362 nm and 560 nm, respectively. The method proposed has been successfully applied to the direct determination of trace Cu in pure cobalt and pure nickel.

本文报道了在CTMAB存在下,以4,5-二溴苯基荧光酮(DBPF)作为荧光试剂,用荧光熄灭法测定微量铜的新方法。详细研究了各种条件实验,反应的适宜酸度范围为pH=6.4~8.0,铜量在0.1~5.0μg/25ml范围内呈线性关系,配合物的组成比为Cu∶DBPF=1∶2,激发波长为362nm,发射波长为560nm。本法的灵敏度高,已用于测定金属镍和金属钴中的微量铜,获得了颇为满意的结果。

The color reaction of copper (II) with reagent 1-hydroxy-2-(5-chloro-pyridylazo)-8-amino-3,6-naphthalene disulfonic acid (5-Cl-PAH) has been investigated.The results showed that in Na_2B_4O_7-HCl buffer at pH 7.42~8.49, Cu (II) reacts with 5-Cl-PAH to form a 1∶1 stable blue complex, its absorbance maximum is measured at 640 nm with the apparent molar absorptive being 3.12×104L·moL~(-1)·cm~(-1) ,and Beer′s law is obeyed in the range of 0~12.5μg/10mL for Cu (II). 研究了新试剂1 羟基 2 (5 氯 2 吡啶偶氮) 8 氨基 3,6 萘二磺酸(5 Cl PAH)与铜(II)的显色反应。结果表明,在pH7.42~8.49的硼砂 盐酸缓冲体系中该试剂与铜(II)可形成1∶1的蓝色配合物,其最大吸收波长位于640nm处,表观摩尔吸光系数为ε640=3.12×104L·moL-1·cm-1,铜(II)浓度在0~12.5μg/10mL的范围内符合比耳定律。将方法用于铝合金样和标准水样中微量铜的测定,结果满意。
