The effects of two antibiotic insecticides, spinosad and avermectin, on the development and fecundity of Plutella xylostella , were studied in the laboratory. The results showed that both spinosad and avermectin did not affect egg hatching,but caused substantial mortality of newly hatched larvae. The larvicidal activity of avermectin was significantly higher than that of spinosad, and both decreased with increase of the larval age. Spinosad fed to 4th instar larvae for 2 h led to reduction in the percentage of pupation, but did not significantly affect adult emergence, life span, and egg production.However, avermectin fed by 4th instar larvae could remarkably reduce the percentage of pupation and adult emergence, and egg production. When adults were fed with these pesticides at concentrations recommended for field application, their egg production was significantly reduced, but life span of both female and male moths was not obviously affected.

在室内测定了抗生素杀虫剂菜喜和集琦虫螨克对小菜蛾卵及幼虫生长发育、成虫存活及生殖的影响。结果表明 ,这两种药剂对小菜蛾卵的孵化率没有影响 ,但能大大降低初孵幼虫的存活率。对幼虫的生物活性 ,均随虫龄的增加而下降 ,且集琦虫螨克的活性远比菜喜高。菜喜对小菜蛾 4龄幼虫化蛹率有显著降低作用 ,但对蛹的羽化率、雌成虫寿命及产卵量却没有明显影响 ;而集琦虫螨克则对 4龄幼虫的化蛹率、蛹羽化率及羽化后成虫的产卵量均有显著的降低作用。用菜喜和集琦虫螨克的田间推荐浓度药液饲喂小菜蛾成虫 ,均能显著减少雌成虫的产卵量 ,但对雌雄成虫的寿命影响不大

In the paper the toxicity of four avermectin antibiotic insecticides to Theridion octomacutatum,the dominant species of spider in most rice-planting areas in China,was studied.The results showed that all the chosen avermectin antibiotic insecticides affected the survival of T.tomacutatum.When the test groups were sprayed with Ainuochongqing 1,Ainuochongqing 3,Jiandanzi and Esichong,respectively,they could averagely survive 9.69,7.74, 3.59 and 3.72 days,which were all shorter than that of the control...

In the paper the toxicity of four avermectin antibiotic insecticides to Theridion octomacutatum,the dominant species of spider in most rice-planting areas in China,was studied.The results showed that all the chosen avermectin antibiotic insecticides affected the survival of T.tomacutatum.When the test groups were sprayed with Ainuochongqing 1,Ainuochongqing 3,Jiandanzi and Esichong,respectively,they could averagely survive 9.69,7.74, 3.59 and 3.72 days,which were all shorter than that of the control group,21.61days.The mortality curve of the control group was positively correlated with the time,while those of the test groups were not positively correlated with time until the data were transformed logarithmically.The results of one-factor variance analysis showed that mortality rates among the groups were different from each other.It can be deduced that avermectin did an certain harm to the survival of T.tomacutatum.

研究了4种以阿维菌素为有效成分的抗生素类杀虫剂爱诺虫清1号、爱诺虫清3号、减担子、饿死虫对稻田捕食性天敌八斑球腹蛛的致死力,结果表明:4种生物杀虫剂处理的八斑球腹蛛平均存活时间分别为9.69、7.74、3.59和3.72 d,均低于对照存活时间21.61 d;对照的死亡率与处理时间呈直线正相关,而各处理的死亡率经对数转换后与药后时间也呈直线正相关;处理间差异达到0.05水平显著。这说明阿维菌素对稻田捕食性天敌八斑球腹蛛具有一定的毒性。
