This paper reports the Raman spectra study on the interaction of BPP and DOC with DMPC liposomes. 本文报导用激光拉曼光谱技术研究牛胰多酞(BPP)和去氧胆酸盐(DOC)与DMPC脂质体的相互作用.结果表明,BPP与DMPC之间存在较强的疏水作用,从I_(2880cm)~(-1)/I_(2345cm)~(-1)强度比说明,BPP能使磷脂分子间协同作用加强,抑制由DOC所产生的磷脂分子间作用减弱.从C—C(?)动强度比I_(1998cm)~(-1)/I_((?)25cm)~(-1),说明BPP使磷脂分子内部gauche/trans构象比值下降,同时表现出抑制由DOC产生的guache/trans比值升高的作用.此外,BPP与DMPC作用后,磷脂头部基团外C—N伸缩振动波数向低波数向低波数方向从715cm~(-1)移至710cm~(-1),I_(715cm)~(-1)/I_(1295cm)~(-1)强度比值降低,提示BPP与DMPC之间除了有较强的疏水作用外,同间也存在静电相互作用.

应用碘化钾显色和紫外分光光度法,在摩尔比1∶500的Fe(Ⅱ)trien配合物溶液中加入表面活性剂(CTAB、SDS、LSS、Brij35),形成Fe(Ⅱ)金属胶束溶液,在20℃和30℃下,pH≈10,研究Fe(Ⅱ)金属胶束模拟过氧化氢酶催化过氧化氢分解反应.提出了一种金属胶束催化的数学模型.计算得到三元复合物结合常数K和金属胶束相中过氧化氢分解速率常数k3.结果表明,阳离子和非离子金属胶束对该反应有催化作用,阴离子和两性离子金属胶束对该反应有禁阻作用.

在4(4’癸氧基4氧基联苯)丁基三甲基溴化铵双分子膜体系内,通过静电相互作用使达旦黄、荧光黄和四苯基卟啉磺酸阴离子键合在囊泡表面;研究了达旦黄给体通过荧光黄传递到四苯基卟啉磺酸阴离子受体的三元激发态能量转移。能量转移的结果改善了光的输出,扩展了光波的输出范围。
