By means of interference detecting and polarization beam splitting detecting, the RSNOM eliminated the background noise disturbance which is commonly encountered in this kind of SNOM, and a high optical signal/noise ratio was achieved. Moreover, by vertically vibrating the sample, the light signal was modulated and detected with a lock in amplifier, and the light intensity gradient imaging of the sample surface was realized, which further improved the image quality. This research shows that the RSNOM could detect the evanescent near field wave effectively, and the image with a super diffraction limit resolution was obtained.

介绍了一种光纤探针同时作为光源和探测器的反射式扫描近场光学显微镜,该装置通过采用相干探测、偏振分光等技术克服了该类显微镜所普遍面临的噪声背景干扰问题,具有较高的光学信噪比,并通过样品纵向振动调制锁相实现了对样品表面光强梯度信号的探测成像,进一步改善了成像质量。成像研究表明该装置可对近场衰逝分量进行有效探测并实现了超衍射极限成像。

Abstract: The CNC machining technology with 5-axis simultaneous operation for large-size X shape blade of francis hydraulic turbine is presented in this paper. The machining technique the blade, the 3D measure of blade casting, computer-aided distributed calculating of excess material on the blades, position, setup method and fixture design, subdividing the area machined and selecting cutter, and detecting technique for fine machining of the blade are introduced. The calculating of 5-Axis cutter position and cutter interference detecting, simulation of cutting image and gouges interference checking, simulation of machine-tool moving and collision checking, and post processing and working procedure generating etc. are expatiated. Above technology has been successfully applied in CNC machining of the blade of hydraulic turbine with 3.3 m in diameter of runner.

The overlap-add algorithm is employed to reduce the distortion of signal. A novel interference detecting and suppressing algorithm called adaptive multi-threshold detection algorithms is introduced based on the assumption that the square of magnitude of receiver signal in DFT transform domain is considered approximatly exponential distribution when only the desired signal and Additive White Gaussian Noise (AWGN) are present in the receiver. The numerical results show that the algorithm offers several significant advantages over similar techniques that have been used so far.

针对基于加窗离散傅里叶变换 ( DFT)的直接序列扩频 ( DSSS)系统窄带干扰抑制工程实现中的关键技术 ,分析了重叠相加法减小加窗对接收信号失真的效果 ,并首次提出一种基于频域谱线的模平方服从指数分布假设条件下的干扰检测和处理算法——自适应多门限检测干扰抑制算法 ,分析和仿真的结果表明 ,该算法有较强的自适应性能 ,可抑制扩频系统中存在的多种窄带干扰
