The kinetics of dissolution of hydroxylapatite (HAP) and human tooth enamel (HTE) has been studied using a constant solution composition technique.Both dissolution rates of HAP and HTE were measured and the inhibitory effect of polymer polyacrylic acid on the kinetics of dissolution of HTE crystal was investigated under the condition of constant temperature and constant solution composition.The results of the kinetic experiments show that:1)the initial rate of dissolution of HTE is 20 times faster than that of HAP in an unsaturated calcium phosphates solution with an unsaturation degree between-0.60 to-0.741;2)the initial dissolution rate of HTE in an unsaturated solution of calcium phosphates doped with 0.1 wt% PAA was reduced 2—4 times than that in pure calcium phosphates systems;3)the inhibitory effect of 1ppm NaF,which is added in the calcium phosphate solution for the dissolution of HTE is 5 times than the case for 0.1 wt% PAA. These results indicate that the trace elements and organic matrix that exist in tooth enamel have great influence on the dissolution rate of HTE and predict that polyacrylic acid material is a prospective new agent for preventing dental caries.

本文用新型等组分晶体生长方法研究了羟基磷灰石(HAP)和牙釉晶体的溶解动力学。在恒量等浓度(组分)条件下,测定了两种晶体的溶解速率,研究了高分子材料聚丙烯酸对于牙釉晶的动力学抑制效应。等组分溶解动力学实验结果表明:在溶液不饱和度σ值介于(-0.60—-0.74)区域间的磷酸钙溶液体系中,成人牙釉晶的初始溶解速率20倍于HAP晶体。磷酸钙溶液中掺入0.1wt%聚丙烯酸后,釉质晶体的溶解速率降低2—4倍。1ppmF~-的动力学抑制效应5倍于0.1wt%聚丙烯酸。这些结果意味着牙釉晶中所含微量元素和有机成分对其溶解速率的影响极大,并预示着聚丙烯高分子材料是一种有应用前景的新型防龋剂。

Proceeding from the biogeochemical point of view, this paper tries to study the amino acids in fossil tooth enamel from the Hexian Man Site in Hexian county Anhui province. The preliminary analysed results are as follows: 1. The acidic amino acids are very high (over 30%); the neutral amino acids are fairly high (about 20%); while the basic amino acids are extremely low, lower than 1%. 2. But as a result of diagenesis, the composition and total content of the amino acids in fossil tooth enamel are quite different from those in recent mammal tooth enamel. 3. Based on the study of D-Ail/L-Ile ratio in fossil tooth enamel and the average diagenetic temperature (12.5-13 c) obtained from the study of the amimal fossil in situ, it can be indicste that the Hexian Man Site is about 230,000 yrs in age calaulated by using the relevant dating formula.

本文从氨基酸生物地球化学的角度,对安徽和县猿人遗址牙化石中的氨基酸进行了探讨,初步获得如下结果:1.牙釉化石的氨基酸组成中,酸性氨基酸含量极高(总量不低于30%);中性氨基酸含量也较大(总量在20%左右);碱性氨基酸含量极低,均在1%以下。 2.牙釉化石的氨基酸组成基本上取决于原生蛋白质的组成模式,但由于成岩作用的影响,使牙釉化石的氨基酸组成和含量与现生哺乳动物牙釉相比,存在较大差别。3.将测得的牙釉化石中的D-别异亮氨酸/L-异亮氨酸比值,以及根据对该地点动物化石研究而估算的平均成岩温度(12.5℃—13℃),代入有关的氨基酸测年公式,求得该猿人遗址的化石年龄为23万年。
