Conclusion Acupuncture and FM exerts a certain effect in improving intelligence.  【目的】进一步观察针刺与中药对记忆功能的作用。【方法】将 12 9只NIH雄性小鼠随机分 6组进行动物实验 ,用东莨菪碱造成记忆获得障碍性模型 ,采取跳台法、复杂迷宫趋食法分别观察了针灸 (取穴百会穴、大椎、神庭、足三里等 )、中药复元合剂 (由鹿茸、人参、黄精、枸杞子、益智仁、丹参等组成 )对模型小鼠的学习记忆功能的改善作用 ,并以西药尼莫地平作为对照。【结果】跳台法实验结果显示 ,针灸组与中药针灸组均可使记忆障碍模型鼠在造模 2 0min、 2 4h后跳台反应的潜伏期延长 ,触电时间缩短 ,错误次数减少 (与模型组比较 ,P <0 .0 5或P <0 .0 1) ;复杂迷宫趋食法的实验结果显示 ,针灸组与中药组均可显著缩短模型鼠到达迷宫终点的时间 (与模型组比较 ,P <0 .0 5或P <0 .0 1)。【结论】针灸、补肾益脑中药复元合剂对东莨菪碱致记忆障碍均有改善作用 ,即有一定的益智作用  An algorithm is presented for complex maze by marking shortest path between the start point and current exploring point with recursive backtracking. The algorithm is very well suit to solving the shortest path problem in complex network or in complex maze, and gives an interested solution which contains information such as route label and the shortest path between start point and any connected point, and shows less time complexity when applied to solve an undirected weighted graph than Dijkstra’ algorithm did, and may be a breakthrough for time complexity and space complexity in solving maze by traditional algorithm.  提出了在搜索过程中采用标记最短距离,调用递归函数用回溯搜索法求解网络最短距离的算法。该算法可以方便地求解复杂网络或复杂迷宫的通道与最短距离问题,在求解结果中给出从起点到网络通道上任意点的路径标识和最短距离值等信息,在无向加权图的最短路径求解中,显示出比Dijkstra方法小的时间复杂度。该算法克服了传统回溯法求解复杂迷宫时被时间复杂度和空间复杂度困扰的难题,显示出良好的应用前景。
