A thermal-partial elastohydrodynamic lubrication theory is used to study the surface flash temperature of the quasi-steady state spur gears in this paper. By solving simultaneously average Reynolds equation, nominal film thickness equation, energy equation, asperity contact temperature equation, etc., the effects of surface topography parameters such as surface texture orientation and surface roughness and other operating condition parameters on the flash temperatures in the oil film layer and on the gear teeth surfaces in the meshing cycle are analyzed. The calculation results in current work show that the surface flash temperatures of involute gears increase with the increases of surface texture orientation value and surface roughness root-mean-square value, and that in the arc of action, the maximum temperature rise appeares at point A where the tip of a driven tooth touches the flank of a driving tooth. The research method adopted in the paper are fo some significance to the study of gear scuffing mechanism and the study to increase the gear scuffing load carry capacity.

采用部分热弹性流体动力润滑理论对非修缘直齿轮的表面闪温进行了研究。通过数值计算过程,分析了齿轮在一个啮合循环中,表面粗糙纹理、表面粗糙度等形貌参数及工况参数对轮齿表面和油膜内闪温的影响规律。本文的研究方法对齿轮胶合机理和提高齿轮胶合承载能力的研究都是有意义的。

Acoustically absorptive treatment in aircraft engine nacelle is an essential part of the overall aircraft noise reduction effort. The investigation on the optimization of multi-liners plays an important role in noise reduction. Based upon the mode analysis method of sound propagation in a circular duct with multiple liners, a flexible tolerance method is used to optimize the acoustic parameters(impedance), geometric structure parameters(such as open area ratio, cavity depth and hole diameter) and operating condition parameters(such as blade passing frequency). The mathematical models for these kinds of optimization are presented here. The optimum values of the design variables are determined when the in-duct sound suppression approaches a maximum. It can be derived from the optimum results that the emphasis of the engineering optimization design of the perforated plate honey-comb structure should be placed on the optimum choice of the open area ratio and cavity depth. Some reference criteria for the engineering design of the multi-linings are also provided.

This paper analyses the dynamic mechanism of the superheater of a supercritical once-through 600 MW boiler,and discusses the effects of main boiler-operating -condition parameters (Mass flow D Pressure P and Temperature T) on the dynamics (or model parameters). Based on this, a new adaptive fuzzy temperature control system is presented. Simulation results show that the control system has better performance and stronger adaptive capability.

本文在对某超临界600MW直流锅炉高温过热器动态特性进行机理分析的基础上,研究了锅炉主要工况车数(压力P、温度T和流量D)对过热汽温过程动态特性(或模型参数)的影响,提出了一种新颖的自适应模糊汽温控制系统。仿真结果表明,用这种方法建立的汽温控制系统具有较好的控制品质和较强的自适应能力。
