描述了 I P C+ P L C+ M C C 在火电锅炉吹灰监控系统中的应用。系统取消了以往锅炉模拟屏和按钮群, 而由大屏幕彩色显示器动态监视吹灰工艺全过程, 由软操作 (薄膜密封键盘或鼠标) 来控制、管理整个吹灰系统。系统解决了由于 P L C 内存不够的缺点, 将大量数据存放于硬盘中,而不是 P L C 存储器中。本系统有 14 套可任意排列组合的吹灰逻辑, 每套逻辑有 256 个可任意排列组合的设备代码, 运行人员可以组态 12845056种吹灰工艺, 完全可以满足 300 M W ~600 M W 大型、特大型电站锅炉吹灰监控系统的需要, 使我国电站锅炉吹灰监控技术达到国际先进水平。
