在稠油热采中,蒸汽液相pH值偏高对稠油热采危害性极大。结合高升油田热采中蒸汽液相pH值偏高造成的危害,在室内试验和现场试验的基础上,阐述了蒸汽液相pH值偏高的原因和降低蒸汽液相pH值的技术机理及方法,同时结合高升油田地下情况及热采锅炉的特点,确定降低蒸汽液相pH值自动化控制技术,为稠油油田整体开发上水平及提高原油采收率提供了经验。

In order to solve the problem of heavy oil sewage, field treatment experiment has been carried out by using heavy oil sewage from Huan 4 gathering station, Liaohe oil province. Experiment result shows that after pre treatment through tilted plate interceptor and dissolved air flotation pit, oil content and suspended particles in outlet water meet the requirement of reinjection and thermal recovery boiler; then, after biological treatment, COD can meet national effluent standard.

为解决稠油污水问题 ,利用辽河油区欢四联的稠油污水进行了现场处理试验。试验结果表明 :稠油污水经过斜板隔油池和溶气气浮池预处理后 ,出水油含量和悬浮物均可达到回注和进热采锅炉的要求 ;再经生物处理后 ,COD可达到国家排放标准。

运用混凝沉降、溶气浮选、粗精过滤和弱酸软化方法对稠油采出水进行深度处理。可达到热采锅炉用水指标 ,回用热采锅炉供水 ;生产装置产生的污水、污油、污泥均回收利用。笔者总结了流程选择、工艺配置、新工艺的采用、工艺及自控设计特点 ,为今后污水处理设计提供借鉴。
