An experimental investigation on simultaneous dephosphorization and desulfurization anddeep dephosphorization of hot metal containing~0.08% P,0.025~0,035%S by injection and topaddition of CaO-based flux in high frequency induction furnace and SiC rcsistance furnace andhigh alumina crucible at 1350℃ has been carried out.The effects of different solid oxidizers(millscale,LD flue dust,and iron Concentrate)and fluxes(CaF_2 and CaCl_2)on simultaneous de-phosphorization and desulfurization are compared and the optimum flux composition and optimumtopblown oxygen have been found as follows:35% CaO-50% LD flue dust-15% CaCl_2 and 2 m~3O_2/THM.The result identifies that there is rephosphorization and resulfurization phenomenonin the laboratory research.The feasibility of deep dephosphorization and the technique preven-tins from rephosphorization and resulfurization are also discussed.

在实验室高频感应炉和硅碳管电阻炉上采用喷吹法和上置法加入氧化钙系熔剂进行了低磷低硫铁水(~0.08%P,0.025~0.035%S)的同时脱磷脱硫和深度脱磷实验研究。比较了不同固体氧化剂(轧钢皮、转炉尘、精矿粉)和不同助熔剂(CaF_2、CaCl_2)的脱磷脱硫效果;得到最佳熔剂配比和最佳顶吹氧量为:35%CaO-50%转炉尘-15%CaCl_2,2 m~3_o_2/t_铁;实验结果证实了实验室研究中回磷回硫现象的存在;探讨了深度脱磷的可能性以及防止回磷回硫措施。

Hot metal pretreatment, especial desiliconization, dephosphorization and desulfurization, has increasingly become an economic and essential process in pure steel making. The development status and tendencies of the pure steel making processes based on hot metal deep pretreatment and its partially commercial operation results at home and abroad were overviewed. The advantages of the pure steel making based on hot metal pretreatment and the deep (treatment technologies of hot metal desiliconization, dephosphorization...

Hot metal pretreatment, especial desiliconization, dephosphorization and desulfurization, has increasingly become an economic and essential process in pure steel making. The development status and tendencies of the pure steel making processes based on hot metal deep pretreatment and its partially commercial operation results at home and abroad were overviewed. The advantages of the pure steel making based on hot metal pretreatment and the deep (treatment technologies of hot metal desiliconization, dephosphorization and desulfurization were analyzed. Today, applications of hot metal deep dephosphorization and desulfurization processes plus molten steel refining to our iron and steel production will be certain to play a significant role in the aspects of pure steel grade making, decrease of production costs, improvement of steel qualities and grades, and enhancement of steel product market competition.

铁水预处理特别是铁水三脱处理技术自获得工业化应用以来,已成为纯净钢冶炼必不可少的最经济工序。综述了国内外铁水深度预处理以及转炉生产纯净钢冶炼工艺的发展现状和部分工业规模生产的操作结果,论述了铁水预处理对纯净钢生产的意义,分析了冶炼纯净钢的铁水深度预处理技术。认为在目前我国调整钢铁产业结构、开发品种、提高质量的关键时期,大力发展和推广铁水深度预处理技术,辅以钢水炉外精炼,必将为钢铁企业扩大纯净钢种冶炼、改善质量、降低成本、提高产品竞争力和附加值发挥巨大作用,带来显著经济效益。

The effect of process factors (oxidizability, basicity, etc.) on dephosphorization was analyzed and the appropriate composition of the flux was determined. The results show that oxidizability and basicity have reverse effect on dephosphorization and the dephosphosphorization ratio of 50 %...

In order to produce ultra-low phosphorus steel, the deep dephosphorization experiment of steel containing phosphorus about 0.01 % outside BOF was carried out by high basic slag of CaO-CaF_2-FeO at 1 600 ℃. The effect of process factors (oxidizability, basicity, etc.) on dephosphorization was analyzed and the appropriate composition of the flux was determined. The results show that oxidizability and basicity have reverse effect on dephosphorization and the dephosphosphorization ratio of 50 % and phosphorus content of 0.005 % or 0.002 7 % can be obtained by using this kind of flux when the initial phosphorus content in the liquid steel is about 0.01 %. The primary industrial trial in 300 t converter shows that 50 % dephosphorization ratio and phosphorus content of 0.006 % in finished steel are obtained.

为了生产超低磷钢,在1600℃用高碱度CaO CaF2 FeO系渣对低磷钢水进行了炉外深脱磷的研究。分析了氧化性和碱度对脱磷效果的影响,确定了合适的渣系组成,测得1600℃下该渣系的磷容量在1018 54~1020 2范围内。实验结果表明:氧化性和碱度是影响脱磷效果的两个制约性因素;在钢水初始磷含量为0 01%左右的条件下,使用该渣获得了大于50%的脱磷率及低于0 005%(最低可达0 0027%)的磷含量;在300t转炉上进行的初步生产试验也获得了50%左右的脱磷率及0 006%左右的成品磷含量。
