Methods Twelve subjects with hypertriglyceridemia [serum triglyceride (TG)≥2.3 mmol/L] and normal glucose tolerance were selected as hypertriglyceridemia group (HTG group) and were given fenofibrate 200 mg/d orally for 3 months. Hyperglycemic clamp was performed to evaluate the insulin resistance andβ-cell function in HTG group before and after treatment.
In the insulin resistant IR mice induced by high-caloric diet in C57BL/6N mice, comparing with the age-matched mice control, the level of GIR is decreased by 69.3%,AUC in ITT increased by 38.1%,and the renal GFAT activity elevated by 26.6%.
Incidence of IGT (or DM) in the insulin resistant NGT subgroup wa s mu ch higher than that in the non-insulin resistant NGT subgroup (34.5% vs 13.4%, P <0.05), stepwise logistic regression analysis showed that only the baseline insu lin sensitivity entered the model and negatively associated to the risk of worse ning of glucose tolerance ( P <0.05).
MRSA and MRCNS accounted for(63.6%) and 70.0% of staphylococcus aureus and coagulase negative staphylococci, respectively. MRSA and MRCNS were found to be most sensitive to vancomycin, teicoplanin,no vancomycin resistant strains were found.
The drug sensitive indol test result shows, imipenem, cefoperazone, the sand star bactria bears the medicine rate low(1%~3%),amino sugar glycoside and west wood, other cephalosporins. all exsits the different degree bears the medicine.
Anti-TB drug resistant rate among SMPTB patients with DM were 45.6%,which was significantly higher than that among SMPTB patients with normal level of blood glucose or IGT(35.2%,32.8%)(P<0.05).

EPIDEMIOLOGICAL INVESTIGATION OF DIA-BETES MELLITUS AND IMPAIRED GLUCOSE TOLERANCE IN A POPULATION OF 10763 PERSONS IN GUANGXI RURAL ECONOMIC REFORM AREA
This paper is devoted to studying a free boundary problem modeling the effects of drug resistance and vasculature on the response of solid tumors to therapy.
Their structures were characterized by an infrared (IR) spectrum and their thermal resistance was conducted with thermal gravity (TG) and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC).
Effects of relative content of HTPB and PPG on emulsion stability, resistance to water and ethanol, thermal stability, compatibility of soft and hard segment, as well as the mechanical property of the cured film were investigated.
All newly synthesized compounds were evaluated for their antimycobacterial activities against isoniazid-resistant Mycobacterium tuberculosis using agar dilution.
A training set consisting of 23 compounds was selected to generate these hypotheses, and their activities were evaluated for haem polymerization inhibition and against chloroquine-sensitive (3D7) as well as chloroquine-resistant (K1) strains of p.
The pharmacokinetics of α- and β-diastereomers of Arteether, a well-known antimalarial drug and its active metabolite dihydroartemisinin (DHA) were studied in Sprague-Dawley rats, Rhesus monkeys and human volunteers.
The R2-edge-connectivity of G, denoted by λn(G), is the minimum cardinality over all R2-edge-cuts, which is an important measure for fault-tolerance of computer interconnection networks.
euphratica leaves exhibited a higher capacity to exclude salt in a longer period of increasing salinity, thus limited salt-induced lipid peroxide and MP, which contributed to membrane integrity maintenance and salt tolerance of P.
