The proper attitude rate was 56.75%,and the correct practice rate was 11.27%. The KAP of the female pupils was better than that of the male pupils. The relevancy existed among the knowledge,attitude and practice of the students. Conclusion To teach students the knowledge about diet and physical activity,and to make them form proper attitude and good behavior.

目的 了解北京市小学生的营养状况及其膳食与运动相关知识、态度、行为的现状。方法 采用整群抽样法抽取北京市 4所小学三、四年级全体学生 ,进行问卷调查。结果 北京市小学生瘦长型营养不良率1 3 0 3 % ,肥胖型营养不良率 3 2 0 4%。膳食与运动相关知识掌握较好的学生占 0 73 % ,正确态度持有率 5 6 75 % ,良好行为形成率 1 1 2 7%。知信行均为女生好于男生。知信行间存在一定的关联。结论 健康教育可传授正确的膳食与运动知识给学生 ,转变他们的错误态度 ,从而改变他们的不良行为习惯 ,以促进学生营养状况的改善。

目的 了解北京市小学生的营养状况及肥胖相关知识、态度、行为现状,并研究其与家长相关知识、态度、行为间的关系,为防制青少年学生肥胖健康教育提供依据。方法 整群抽取北京市4所小学三、四年级全体学生,采用问卷调查法调查学生及其家长各2 020名。结果 北京市小学生肥胖相关知识掌握较好的学生占0.73%,正确态度持有率为56.75%,良好行为形成率为11.27%。家长的态度与学生的态度及行为之间存在一定的关联性。结论 通过健康教育,向学生及其家长传授正确的与肥胖相关的知识及控制肥胖的技能,转变他们错误态度和不良行为习惯,以促进学生营养状况的改善。

The further analysis has found, the scores are different significantly in genders or ages. In agile quality, girls' scores are higher than the boys' remarkably. In agile quality and general scores, grade six are higher than other grades, but there are no differences in others. Conclusion The study provides theory and practice values for the Chinese pupils' diathesis education or temperament surveys.

目的编制适合小学生使用的气质问卷。方法根据巴甫洛夫气质问卷使用的通用条目库结构,分3个维度:兴奋强度、抑制强度和灵活性,在访谈的基础上,根据维度的操作性定义编写问卷条目。随机抽取北京市小学生作为被试,进行两次测试,形成最终问卷。结果该问卷各项测量指标良好。进一步分析发现,灵活性维度上存在性别差异,女生分数显著高于男生;灵活性和总分存在显著的年级差异,六年级学生的灵活性得分和总分显著高于其他各个年级。结论该研究为我国小学生的素质教育及气质研究,提供了理论和实践意义。
