The sequence of the full genome of the PCV-2 GD1 strain was compared with the other PCV isolates in GenBank,indicating that the gene sequence of this PCV-2 isolates was closey related with a Germany isolate AF 20 1897,with 99.9 % homology,and having 94.4 %~99.7 %nucleotide identity with the other PCV-2 isolates.
