    TA2 and TC4 endodontic-endosseous implants were used in 27 teeth (18 teeth with periodontic-endodontic combined lesion, and 9 with periodontitis). After a period of observation (1-34 months), it was found that 6 teeth showed prominent improvement, 15 were improved and 6 had no change. For the purpose of observation of the condition of implants in the bones, endodontic-endosseous implantationwas performed in two teeth of a dog (2 with TA2 and 2 with TC4).     Most of tranditional biomaterials were metals. They could not form firm chemical combine with living bone tissus. In addition, they could release some harmful metal ions to one's health. In this paper, with doping suitable amount of GaO and P_2O_5 into the base glass of K_2O-MgO-AI_2O_3-B_2O_3-SiO_2-F system, the glass ceramics with good bioactivity, biocompatibility and machin- ability were prepared. The microstrucsure, features of phase separation, distri- bution of elements of the glasses and glass ceramics were observed and detec- ted with the technology of SEM, EDAX, XRD, DTA, polarizing and reflecting microscopes. The mechanism of phases separation, crystallzation, machinability and the relationship between them were discussed in theory. According to the re- sults of the implant experiments on animals, test of biocompatibility and surface weight loss of the glass ceramics in "tris--buffur" solution, mechanism of the bi- oactivity of the glass ceramics was approached. Some very useful conclusions were rceached.

    本文以K_2O—MgO—Al_2O_3—B_20_3—SiO_2—F系统玻璃作为基础玻璃,添加适量的CaO和P_2O_5,制得了一种具有良好生物活性、生物相容性和可切削加工性能的微晶玻璃。并利用DTA、XRD、SEM、EDAX及偏、反光显微镜技术,研究了结晶化处理前后玻璃的显微结构、分相形貌和元素分布等。对玻璃分相与析晶机理进行了理论探讨,测定了材料的各项理化性能和可切削性能。对材料进行了动物骨内种植和肌肉包埋实验,并做了Ames致突变试验,以检测材料的生物活性和生物相容性。结合以上实验结果,对材料的生物活性机理进行了分析和讨论,得出了一些有益的结论。
