The basic purpose of oral English teaching is to teach the students how to use the knowledge and skills of the language they have learned and how to communicate efficiently;While how to make oral English lessons effective and how to improve the student's oral communication competence has always been a hard nut to crack in the teaching of English. In order to solve this problem, this paper, based on the communication theories, expounds on the necessity to introduce the process of using the language into oral English teaching,points out that the process of using the language must be put into practice through classroom activities, and focuses on the application of communication theories to the teaching of oral English with the author's own experience of organizing the classroom oral English activities.

英语口语的根本目的是培养学生运用所学语言知识和技能有效地进行口头交际 ;如何上好口语课 ,如何培养学生的口头交际能力历来是英语教学上的难题。针对这一难题 ,以交际理论为依据 ,将语言运用过程引进口语教学十分必要 ,口语课的语言运用过程应通过活动来实现。

职业 院 校不 少学 生 的口 语状 况 不甚 理想 ,或 闪烁 离 题,或语 句不 清 ,或害 怕 开口 。为 提高 职业 院 校学 生在 未 来社 会自 主择业 生 存发 展能 力的 口 语交 际 素质 ,语 文 课的 口 语训 练应 特 别关 注三 个 问题 :关于 对学 生 主本 与 教师 导体 的基 本 要求 问 题;关于口 语 课堂 训练 的应 遵 循的 基 本原 则问 题;关 于 综合 使 用口 语训 练的 基 本方 法 问题 。并 努 力将 口语 训 练的 空间 由 课内 延伸 到课外 ,拓 展到 生 活之 中。

This paper discusses the relation among the language sense,the culture and the oral communication competence.On the whole,Chinese students are weak in the English oral communication,which shows a lack of the English language sense and its culture.The importance of the two factors which much influence the ability of the oral communication is studied and the ways to improve the current situation are explored in this paper.

总体上说,中国学生的英语口头交际能力薄弱,这种状况与缺乏语感及文化准备有关。在英语学习中,语感及文化两大因素对口头交际能力有着重要的影响。语感的真正形成要在大量的交际和实用中完成,同时应尽可能地了解中西方文化的差异。
