The power unit, over voltage restrained unit, logic unit and the protect function of the inverter are described. 阐述驱动桥试转和虚拟样机的体系结构,分为总体方案设计、子系统布局设计、样机建模、虚拟装配、样机运行仿真与分析评价等个子系统。研究各子系统的构成、功能和实现方法,并推导了飞轮转动惯量计算公式和气缸夹紧力的计算公式。结果表明,根据该虚拟样机技术开发的驱动桥运转试验机可以较真实地模拟驱动桥的工况,从而获得接近真实的驱动桥性能参数。
