Methods :The rats were bled to a mean arterial pressure(MAP) of 5 33kPa,and maintained for 180min by withdrawing more blood or returning little,and then resuscitated with all bleedout and equal injection of natrii chloridi.30 Sprague Dawley rats were divided into five groups of large,middle,small dose of TanⅡA,PEG400,24h after resuscitation,and each group had 6 rats.The BUN,SCr,UV and renal pathomorphology was observed. Results :TanⅡA could reduce the BUN,SCr,and improve renal pathomorphology,ST group was better than others.But it maightn′t add UV. Conclusion :TanⅡA has certain effect in protecting kidney from hemorrhagic shock reperfusion injury.

为了研究丹参酮ⅡA(TanⅡA)对大鼠出血性休克再灌注肾损伤 (HS RRI)的保护作用 ,采用修改的YU法制备大鼠HS RRI模型 ,SD大鼠 30只随机分为TanⅡA高剂量组 (LT)、中剂量组 (MT)、低剂量组 (ST)、溶剂对照组 (P)、复苏 2 4h组 (SR2 4)共 5组 ,观察复苏后 3h的血清尿素氮 (BUN)、肌酐 (SCr)、尿量 (Urinevolume ,UV)的变化 ,以及 2 4h的肾组织病理形态学改变。结果表明 ,各组在休克末的失血量和再灌注后 30min的平均动脉压(MAP)均无差异性 ,TanⅡA能降低再灌注后 3h的BUN、SCr ,减轻 2 4h时的肾组织病理损伤 ,以低剂量的作用最佳 ,中、高剂量则次之 ;对尿量作用不明显。TanⅡA对HS RRI有肯定的保护作用
