The typical process to achieve advanced treatment is to add ozonation and biological activated carbon adsorption to a conventional treatment train which is often a sequence of several treatment units such as coagulation, sedimentation and filtration. The main objectives of ozonation are trihalomethane(THM) precursor control, offensive odor and taste removal and/or disinfection. It was pointed out that the direct effect of ozonation in THM precursor removal depends on both the chemical properties of the precursor and ozone concentration. OH radicals resulted from the decomposition of aqueous ozone play important role in removing offensive odor and tastes. The effect of inactivation of microorganisms is governed by the product of ozone concentration and contact time.

根据作者在国外的实践经验和掌握的资料,综合论述了在给水的深度处理中应用臭氧技术的几个主要问题.以常规处理即混凝—沉淀—过滤流程为骨架导入臭氧和生物活性炭处理是国外用的比较多的深度处理流程,臭氧处理的目的主要在于去除水中三卤甲烷前驱物质,去除水的异臭味或水的消毒.臭氧能否有效地去除三卤甲烷前驱物质取决于这些物质的化学性态和臭氧处理条件;对水中异臭味物质分解起作用的主要是臭氧自我分解产物的氢氧自由基;臭氧对水中微生物的灭活效果可用其浓度和接触时间和乘积作为判断的指标.文中对这些处理过程的基本理论和技术要点进行了说明.

In this paper, the biological stabilization, mutagenic activity and disinfection byproduct precursors in the drinking water are studied for the output water of ozonization and biological activated carbon (BAC) process. The results show that AOC will increase by using ozonization process, but the BAC process can improve the biological stabilization and reduce obviously the mutagenic activity. In this paper, the biological stabilization, mutagenic activity and disinfection byproduct precursors in the drinking water are studied for the output water of ozonization and biological activated carbon (BAC) process. The results show that AOC will increase by using ozonization process, but the BAC process can improve the biological stabilization and reduce obviously the mutagenic activity. The ozonization process can remove effectively the precursors of both THM and HAAs, and the BAC process can also remove the HAAs precursor; but it is limited to remove the THM precursor. In sum, the advantages of the ozonization and BAC can be exerted individually, and promote and co operate each other. This process is effective to remove pollutants, and can ensure the drinking water safety.

介绍了采用臭氧化 生物活性炭处理的饮用水生物稳定性 ,同时对水的致突变性和消毒副产物前质等问题进行分析。研究结果表明 ,采用臭氧化工艺会导致AOC有所升高 ,但后续生物活性炭工艺将有利于提高出水的生物稳定性 ,并明显降低水的致突变活性 ;臭氧化对三卤甲烷前质和卤乙酸前质均具有很好的去除效果 ,生物活性炭对卤乙酸前质表现出较好去除效果 ,但对三卤甲烷前质的去除效果有限。总之 ,臭氧化 生物活性炭处理工艺充分发挥了臭氧化和生物活性炭两种水处理技术的优点 ,并相互促进和补充 ,是一种高效的除污染技术 ,能够充分保证饮用水的安全性
