In this paper, the luminescent properties of LaMSb_2O_7:R~(3+) are reported for the first time. In addition, we discuss the intensity of the Eu~(3+) and Dy~(3+) emission as a function of activated ions concentration and consider the influence of the covalency-degree of the La-O bond on the red-to-orange intensity ratio of the Eu~(3+) emission (~5D_0→~7F_2)/(~5D_0→~7F_1) and the yellow-to-blue intensity ratio of the Dy~(3+)emission (~4F_(9/2)→~6H_(13/2)/(~4F_(9/2)→~6H_(15/2)).Energy transfer from the sensitizer Bi~(3+)to the activator Eu~(3+) has been observed in LaMSb_2O_7: Eu, Bi phosphor, because of the broad emission bands of Bi~(3+) (350~550nm) overlaping the excitation bands ~7F_0→~5L_6(~369nm), ~7F_0→~5D_2(~465nm) and ~7F_0→~5D_1(~530nm)of Eu~(3+) respectively. The white emission of LaMSb_2O_7:Eu~(3+) phosphor is obtained, it is advantage to study two color phosphor of Dy~(3+) in some host.

Based on emulated electron beam paths and optimization, we have designed the correcting lens for manufacturing the stripe type color phosphor screen. It is comfirmed through computer-modelling exposure that the landing errors are considerably reduced.
