本文论述了使用单片机测频的四种方法,即直接计数法、周期测频法、混合测频法和等精度测频法。通过误差分析指出,直接计数法适于高频测量,周期测频法适于低频测量。在此基础上,提出具有通频带测频性质的混合测频法,并给出其测频最大相对误差和最大误差频率点的表达式。关于等精度测频法,提出利用软件查询实现同步的方法。并论证其测频精度可达10~(-6)

A new intelligent frequency meter based on a microcontroller can measure frequency, period and interval. The correlated couner and the synchronize frequency divided by hardware technique are used, we can achieve equal accuracy measurement at not only high frequency but also low frequency so the accuracy is higher.

扁导线窄边a、宽边b的尺寸相差较大,标准规定的允许偏差与其尺寸相比,并不成比例。就其精度而言,a边精度低于b边精度。在换位导线和组合导线生产中,由于涂漆后漆包扁线窄边A的偏差有累积效应,使得组合厚度方向的尺寸难以控制。本文提出等精度的控制原理,并对其应用进行了阐述。
