To the unidentified hematu- ria, some possible renal reasons were summarized through reviewing some articles. According to the material, the fact that there were 60 cases of hematuria resu- lting from two causes indicated that when a disease was diagnosed the possible existance of another should not be disregarded, otherwise it will make the treat- ment unadvisable.

本文对1000例血尿进行了临床分析。本组除40例原因不明血尿外,约99%为泌尿系本身疾病所致。主要疾病有结石(46.2%)、结核(12.8%)、乳糜尿(10.7%)、损伤(7.6%)、非特异性感染(6.9%)及肿瘤(5.9%)等。文中温习文献对未发现原因血尿、归纳可能的肾性病因。根据资料,二种病因血尿60例,提示当一种疾病作出诊断后,不应忽视另一疾病的存在,致使治疗欠妥。

The complement content in serum and the acid phosphatase amount of macrophages collected from the abdominal cavities were increased, and the abilities of the macrophages in phagocytizing chicken erythrocytes and suppressing the growth of S. typhimurium were enhanced after the animals had been given L-LPS. L-LPS could increase the incorporation of H~3-thymidium of NIH mouse spleen cells cultured in vitro. The results suggest that L-LPS like LPS of E. coli, could act on the immune system of the mice to remarkably enhance their resistance against non-specific infection.
