本文从下列五个方面论述了类书在汉语词汇史研究中的重要价值:1.一些类书可以作为汉语词汇史研究的语料;2.类书中的有关资料可以为汉语词汇史研究提供书证;3.类书在研究古代文化词语时可以发挥很大作用;4.在从事汉语词汇史研究时,类书可以用来校正目前通行的本子;5.一些类书含有汉语史史料,从而成为汉语词汇史研究的参证文献。

对词汇文化义进行了界定并提出了知识文化词汇、交际文化词汇和一般词汇的概念,同时分析了现行的对外汉语教材对文化词语的处理情况,认为对外汉语词汇教学必须坚持文化阐释的原则,对上述三类词语应该采用不同的教学策略,提高词汇教学的效率,进而提高对外汉语教学效果,提高学生实际应用汉语的能力。
